Perfect cottage steps from the beach

We loved our stay at this property. Place is brand new with all the necessary amenities and just a short walk from the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location location. Location. - lovely owners and a great new house

Best place for quiet time at the beach. We are already discussing our next trip to this great place. Best part is you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. All Towels and linens are there. Again we loved it and you should not hesitate to rent this house

We loved Egret cottage!

The cottage was great! It was very clean and had a nice set up. It’s like a 5 star hotel! We loved that we were able to bring our small dog with us and that it was so close to the beach. Our host, Maegan was friendly, communicative and informative. Thank you!

Fall break getaway

The space was just as advertised, clean, updated, and well-supplied. And the owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the people we met were friendly and kind. I absolutely loved hearing the gentle sound of the ocean waves about a hundred yards away. Great scenery, attractions, and restaurants nearby. We were completely satisfied and hope to visit again. It is a beautiful property in a beautiful setting.

Perfect beach getaway!!

Cottage was spotless with many amenities. We didn’t need to bring a thing!! Our host was wonderful… kept in touch to make sure that we were comfortable,etc. Our little Yorkie mix was able to join us. All the people we encountered in the neighborhood were very friendly. A quick 2 minute walk gets you to the beach. We had a wonderful experience and hope to visit again!!

A wonderful week at the beach!

This immaculate, modern and beautifully designed home located right at the beach provides all amenities and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Maegan could not have been more pleasant and welcoming and quick to respond to all inquiries. We arrived to a welcome bag full of goodies which was such a delightful added touch. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living space so fresh and relaxing and while there is so much to do in the area, the home is so gorgeous and inviting that we often enjoyed just relaxing there. Definitely one of the best beaches and neighborhoods to stay in south county RI. We already look forward to booking another week again next year!

Trip to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things we thought you might have but did not. They was no salt, pepper or sugar. I think it is more sanitary to have a dishwasher rather than hand wash as I found a couple of forks with residual food on them. Overall though, Meagan was lovely and easy to deal with.
