This historic home (built in 1926) underwent a complete renovation in 2020! Charming home with high ceilings, large bedrooms, and plenty of space to entertain! Located in Oldetowne, it is a 2-3 minute walk to downtown Augusta, packed with restaurants, shops, and bars. Less than 200 yards from the Savannah River means sunset strolls on the river walk! Large dining room table, two refrigerators, and spacious kitchen provides the perfect entertainment venue! The ping-pong table is sure to bring out camaraderie and competitive spirit!
