T1 28m2 on the ground floor of our main house, air-conditioned, 4pers.

Garden with plancha (about 100m2) and swimming pool (4x2 and 1m10 of depth) 15min from the beaches (Canet en Roussillon or Saint Cyprien) and 10min from the centre of Perpignan.

The pool is only 1m deep, it is forbidden to jump or dive in.

The garden and the pool are shared spaces with the three of us but can be privatized on request from September to April.

Cinema and children's parks in the town

The garden and the swimming pool can be privatized from September to April on written request from you.

Access to the apartment is through the sectional door of our garage, a corridor leads to the apartment which is located on the ground floor.

As for us, we live upstairs but access our home for practical reasons mainly through our garage but also have external access.

On our side, access to the garden and swimming pool is independent at T1.

T1 consists of a living room with sleeping, a kitchen and a shower room.

T1 is new and must be returned in an identical condition.

The T1 is the rest of the year a games room and a summer kitchen are two rooms of our home that we put at your disposal to discover our beautiful region.

Sheets, pillows and bath towels will be provided.
A travel cot is available if necessary during your stay.

Visits from foreigners are strictly available prohibited.

The municipality of Cabestany has a shopping area, a cinema, several children's parks and other advantages.

Located 10/15min from Canet en Roussillon and 5/10min from Perpignan depending on traffic, you can easily get to the beach or the town centre but also 25min from Collioure (most beautiful village in France 2024), 25 min from the Barcarès Christmas market, 40 min from La Jonquera (Spain) and 1h45 from Font Romeu (ski resort).

Many tourist sites to visit in our department: the Orgues d'Illes sur Têt, Fort Liberia and the caves of the canalettes in Villefranche de Conflent, Collioure (most beautiful villages in France 2024), Tautavel and its prehistoric museum, Céret and its magnificent market, Fort Lagarde a prats de mollo, Perpignan and its Castillet surrounded by parks and gardens, the Caves Byrrh in Thuir.... and many others to make your holiday an unforgettable moment.

Possibility to store in garage 2 adult bikes and two children's bikes.

If you are travelling by motorcycle it is also possible to park your motorcycle in our garage being a biker ourselves it would be a pleasure to welcome you during your Road trip.
