In the commune of Samoëns, Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer you this magnificent chalet with mountain views, located just 600 meters from the Grand Massif Express (GME). With a surface area of 180 m², this chalet can accommodate up to 12 people and features a sauna for your relaxation.
It features a pleasant 45 m² living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower and bath. You can also enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- The 45 m² ground-floor living/dining room features an open fireplace (wood provided), high-end TV with sound bar and direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for an après-ski aperitif with a magnificent view of the Criou.
- Fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room, vanity unit
- Separate WC
- Garage with extra refrigerator
Each bathroom is equipped with a toilet, and a child's stroller is available in the chalet.
First floor:
- Mezzanine with desk and sofa bed
- Bedroom with bunk bed (two single beds)
- Large bedroom with twin beds and private terrace
- Master bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), terrace and en-suite shower room with vanity unit
- Bedroom with twin beds
- Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and toilet
The basement features a games room equipped with billiards, darts, various board games, a bar and a 55″ TV with speakers built into the ceiling. It also offers direct access to a Swedish sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
For even greater comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- The south-facing main terrace offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. Equipped with a large electric awning, it includes a dining table and comfortable garden furniture.
- The first-floor balconies are south-facing.
- The chalet boasts a spacious 1,000 m² garden, offering ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Located in a residential area, the chalet is less than 400 meters from the leisure center and ski lifts. The gondola lift is 800 meters from the chalet. You can make the journey on foot or use the free shuttle bus.
The commune of Samoëns offers a wide range of shops, including a “Carrefour Market” less than 2 km from the chalet. You can enjoy a variety of activities all year round: skiing in winter and swimming pool, tennis, climbing and hiking in summer...
Transport :
The house's courtyard can accommodate several vehicles, with two herringbone parking spaces available and the possibility of parking two other vehicles in parallel. There is also a garage for one vehicle.
Free public parking is available less than 300 meters away.
The chalet is accessible by train from Cluses station, with regular bus connections, and is about 26 minutes' drive away (20 km). It can also be reached from Geneva airport in around 1 hour 15 minutes (70 km).
