Enjoyed our stay. The place is quit spacious. It was clean and check in was easy. The garage parking space was a real plus! There were a few minor maintenance issue that should be addressed like the handle on the sliding glass door. But all in all a great place.

First, I am a seasoned traveler and have little expectation when booking a rental. This was my daughter and me on our annual beach trip. We just want a peaceful ocean stay, sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves. Even though the balcony door could not be used, we enjoyed our Sunday stay. Monday morning, we are awakened by the construction crew at 7 AM. Not hammering, but an awful noise like a very loud pressure washer right over our unit. We became aware that we cannot use the balcony from 8-4. But then who could sit out there with all that noise? I did not see anything in the description about construction or that the balcony could not be used during the day. The price of the rental did not reflect these major considerations. The unit not being cleaned was minor compared to the balance of our stay. The contact person came right over to make the beds and give the bathrooms and kitchen a quick wipe down.The location was excellent, the unit is spacious but very outdated. The master bathroom and vanity area is set up for handicap, and the walk-in shower is almost unusable to stand in. I have never, in all my travels, had a VRBO rental this disappointing.

Wonderful !

We had a wonderful family vacation. The location is perfect! We had views of the beach and pool from the patio. We were less than 2 miles from Daytona Lagoon, the Ocean Walk stores and restaurants.

Daytona International Speedway (DIS)

Only 8 miles from DIS which was the primary reason we selected this property. Several good restaurants within 1-2 miles. Overall the unit was clean and very roomy, ideal for a 5 night stay. Does need some updating to enhance the experience, particularly the bathrooms.

Great location! Everything you need for a nice vacation was provided. We especially liked the comfortable mattresses! Close to supermarkets and venues. Visitors should realize that construction is noisy on the exterior of the building from 8-4.

The property description is deceitful. The host, Allison, failed to mention that construction is actively going on at this building, leaving the balcony unusable from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday though Friday. This was a huge inconvenience for us, since we rented the unit from Saturday through Thursday. Not to mention the noise pollution while the construction is happening. If you're interested in sleeping in, you won't be able to. Also, the unit is not secured, meaning anyone can access the unit from the balcony. There is a floating scaffold that the construction workers use to work on the building, so it's clear that the unit can absolutely be accessed by anyone looking to break-in, because neither of the sliding doors have locks. The sliding door in the living room area has no handle, however, there are hollowed areas where the handle once was, leaving the unit vulberable to the outdoor elements, insects, reptiles, and any other organism. The host is just lazy and prefers to use this unit as a cash cow, and is obviously not concerned about the safety of her guests or investing any money into this dump. Lastly, the air vents throughout the unit have black sludge in them. Anyone with allergies will be absolutely miserable here. There is also a damp, mildew smell throughout the unit, which also made our stay horrible. The unit could also use some interior upgrades. Lastly, I contacted Allison via the Vrbo app and her cell phone and I still have not received a response from her.

Very nice condo, felt safe, liked the fact we were able to park in a secure garage, would be a great place for families with children or couples looking for a quiet place to stay. Patio door & ice maker could use some attention but didn't take away from our stay.

The Condo was Great in many ways, plenty of room to stretch out and relax it’s just steps from the pool or ocean. The Host was great and easy to communicate with. The Condo is perfect for the Sunrise on the ocean as we sat on the balcony everyday but the first day and watched the sunrise.

Fantastic vacation! Great condo! Plenty of room and fabulous views! The condo was stocked well including plenty of towels, dish soap and even a small bottle of laundry soap. Owner responded quickly to any questions! Was a little noisy during the day as the building is undergoing renovations but that was communicated to us way in advance of our stay and did not cause any issues in our enjoyment! Would definitely stay again!

Everthing on our vist was A+ although there was construction that was expected we were told about it in advance. If we ever get a chance to come back to Florida we will contact you first. You can be very proud of your accommodations thank you again for a wonderful visit .

Great Space and view

My brother passed away less than a year ago and our last family vacation was at Daytona Beach when we were 17 years old which was 18 years ago. When I booked this place I didn’t think about that, but when we got there on the front door was a dragonfly and the whole time we was there I felt like he was with us. Overall, the space is big and clean, I have no complaints. The handle to the balcony door was loose but that’s pretty common with most places considering they’re used often. One other thing is construction prevented us from being on the balcony during the week day but really not a big deal as we spent most of our time at the beach. Check in was a breeze and the garage parking was nice. I would like the thank the host for allowing us to stay and if we ever go back I’d love to stay again.

Nice high rise building. The building is under major exterior construction which starts up at 8am Monday thru Friday. VERY loud. It was communicated during booking as under construction. Nice views from balcony.

The condo is beautiful and perfectly located. The host was amazing. I can not put into to words the kindness and generosity she showed toward my family and myself as unexpected illness put my father in the hospital for 3 1/2 days while we were staying at her beautiful condo. She showed so much care and understanding and kept communication with us the entire time. I will forever be grateful to her. I will absolutely check this location first for any future trips to Daytona.

We were supposed to stay in Indian Shores and then Helene hit. With non-refundable plane tickets, we decided to pivot and just change our location. The condo was clean and comfortable, larger than we expected, and the sound of the ocean right out our balcony door was spectacular! Our host was super responsive to all of our questions and made sure we got into the unit with no issues whatsoever. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and would definitely consider booking here again. Thanks so much!
