Upon entering this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront condo, you will immediately notice the large windows and sliding glass doors that allow balcony access to amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. A fully stocked kitchen so you can prepare your favorite meal or have all you need to enjoy one of the many wonderful eateries that deliver. Located in the quieter, northern part of Daytona Beach, just south of Ormond Beach and one mile north of the boardwalk and pier, you are close to shopping, nightlife, restaurants and of course the beach. Seven miles from the airport and speedway. Offering ONE assigned underground parking spot, 24-hour surveillance, keyed entry, on-site management, cable television, Wi-Fi, beachfront communal pool, fitness center, what more could you ask for.


****JAN 2026 UPDATES - This building in undergoing an extensive concrete restoration project. Hard walls are installed over all door and window openings blocking all views and balcony access and will likely remain up until mid-May 2026. Please see updated pictures of the affected areas. Discounts will be applied for inconvenience. Noise will be likely heard Monday - Friday 745 am to 4 pm weather permitting.

Pool is open (not heated) Beach steps have been restored.

Wonderful place!

The condo was beautiful, set right on the beach with ocean views from every room in the condo. Large balcony. Was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend! Ginger was amazing and made sure we settled in nicely. Such a real treat!

Nice place to stay.

Room was clean and tidy. Alot of noise from current construction during the day. Beach was nice due to few people being there. Area was quiet. Parking garage is tight but managable.

Pictures are deceiving

Pictures are always deceiving on these sights, usually disappointing, needed a paint touch up. Locks getting into the condo was so frustrating, every time it took 3 or more tries to get into the condo, every time I wasn't sure if we would get in. Slider doors were so dirty you couldn't see clearly through them. Toilet keep running. Keys to get to the beach didn't work well. Major restoration going on. Poor balcony furniture. Beautiful view was the best part of the trip. It would have been nice if we could get out to the beach using the gate key without having to worry if you would get back in, other people said the same thing.
