Max Occupancy Rules: Please ensure you do not exceed the 8 guests occupancy rule or each additional guest will be charged $50 for a stay 4 days or less and $100/guest for stays of 5 days or more.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work IS COMPLETED on our side (N, NE, and NW facing sides) of the building. The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

Experience breathtaking ocean views from the master bedroom and living areas of this oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach. This property boasts outdoor parking, elevators, a sauna, a gym, an outdoor pool, a recreational area, and more. There is high speed wireless internet, tv in each bedroom, cable and more. Location is close to the Daytona Pier, boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, OceanWalk Shops and Theater, Main Street entertainment, bars, and restaurants. A 20 minute drive to the historic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and about 7 miles to Daytona International Speedway. Some additional nearby attractions include 60 miles to Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and just a 45 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Home as well to year long famous Daytona special area events such as Daytona 500, (2) Bike weeks, Truck Week, Daytona Rock Concert and more.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Blinds pulled shut and closed during April - Oct months. Set thermostat to 78F.
Blinds pulled closed but slats open during winter months Nov - Mar and thermostat set to 68F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Service animals performing tasks under the persons with disabilities (ADA) are allowed. ESA and therapy pets with documentation pay a $150 pet fee.

The condo was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean out of all the living room windows. The sunsets were amazing. The host answered any questions I had promptly. I will definitely being staying there again.

Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family. The owners were very accommodating with our late arrival, and the condo had everything we needed. The ocean view from the living room and wrap-around balcony was spectacular. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the extra space the two bedrooms gave the kids to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay again!

Best Family Vacation with a full view of the Ocean!

Our family of 7 stayed and had a most fabulous view of the ocean at all times. We were extremely impressed with our unit. It was gorgeous on the inside with more than ample room for all of ! It was decorated in an Ocean theme. They have thought of everything a guest would need!! Pleasantly surprised there were even chairs and water boards for the unit. They had an outdoor pool which was kept very clean. Our host was responsive to our questions. Hands down we said we would definitely return. Can't thank you enough for making our trip accommodating for all ages.

Great place to stay for a family.

We had a fantastic time at the condo. The owners were spot on with communication and description of the property. Will definitely be back. Everyone in the family stated it was the best vacation. Views are great and plenty of room for the entire family.

Great view and quiet beach

The keys are a little tricky but that’s the only negative thing I could say. You do hear construction sometimes but it’s not horrible. It was a little loud at the pool one of the days but again not a deal breaker. Beds are comfy. Condo is pretty. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and we even met some fishermen that are regulars and were so nice! They let the grandkids see baby sharks they caught and feed “Spot” bait (a bird that follows them and then us around on the beach). Too cute! Pool was nice too. Several places to shower off too. I’d come again!

The host host was very upfront about the construction at the property and sent me pictures so I could have a better understanding of what to expect. It was one of the best condos we’ve stayed and the others weren’t under construction!!

Daytona Bike Week

Condo is beautiful with ocean views, as described, good communication with owner and clean.Parking limited, construction ongoing, only 1 elevator available for several days. Condo approx. 3 miles from Boardwalk and Bike Week area. No walkable options for meals.
