About this property

Spacious and Charming- Walk to Rainey Street

We lovingly remodeled this 1930's bungalow in the heart of town for relaxing and entertaining. We have 3 bedrooms, one with a full bed and two with queen beds. The upstairs sitting area converts to more bed space with a brass full bed and two additional full beds that pull out from hidden drawers built into the walls. That's enough for 6 people to each have their own bed or 9 people to share.
The yard is massive with a fire pit and 2nd floor balcony with a view of downtown. We cater to all types of events including SXSW events and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Some additional fees will apply for parties of over 20 people.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I can't express how totally satisfied, I was with the house!!! The pictures are spot on, I was looking for something eclectic & unusual. Part of our trip fun was to just walk around the house and see what you missed on the look around. We walked to 6th St listened to music. It is definitely an Austin Experience! Thank you Justin!!!!!

Perfect place for a girls trip!

This house is insane. Literally so beautiful. The rooms are large and the loft upstairs is so unique. The backyard isn't in the photos but it should be! It's spacious with a fire pit and a stage. Yes. A STAGE. We had too much fun pretending to be donna and the dynamos out there. The location couldn't have been better. Close to coffee shops, Target, East side restaurants and bars, and a quick walk or scooter ride to Rainey or 6th street. Justin was such a great host! Checking in and out was quick and easy. Early on I was able to change the dates of the stay without a problem as well. Can't recommend this spot enough for your trip with friends or even a bachelorette!
