Fish Camp - 3 bedrrom/2 bath, dock and firepit!

Come enjoy the relaxing environment of this beautiful lake front property, we refer to as "Fish Camp." With a large back porch perfect for marveling over the sunset, an acre yard and a dock perfect for day time sunbathing and fishing, you will have nothing short of an amazing time at this cozy home. It is located on a private drive in a quiet neighborhood which is quite nice for walks or runs. Sit by the fire pit, relax, break out the s'mores and enjoy fellowship throughout the night.

Looking for a great place to fish? Lake Wedowee is one of the best lakes in Alabama for largemouth and spotted bass (and one of the cleanest to!). The lake is also loaded with crappie and white bass, which are great to fry up!

Great experience with this property. Home is in excellent condition with lots of nice amenities including hot tub, fire pit, and private dock. Brad was very helpful and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fish-camp

Beautiful house, beautiful view. The area is wooded, but you have close neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. All of the beds and pillows are very soft. Our granddaughters enjoyed the Pac-Man and Skee-ball games downstairs. No cards or board games. You may have to buy a few essentials. The door is tricky to lock from the outside. You have to pull it towards yourself while you punch the code.

Great Property

This rental was perfect for our family weekend to the lake. Every part of the rental process was seamless. Brad gave detailed directions to the property and provided us with everything we needed for our stay and then some. The property is way nicer in person than what the pictures show. Property is on the water with a fire pit area overlooking the lake that we used both nights and loved. We brought our pontoon and tied up to the dock during our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Wedowee.

Wonderful get away in the woods

The cabin was wonderful and more spacious that it appeared on the website. One of the main draws was the hot tub on the deck. We used it every day and it was wonderful. There was a dedicated ice machine that came in extremely helpful. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cabin in the woods.

Relaxing Getaway

Very relaxing and fun time here on the river. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, especially the hot tub and being on the river. Take your own toilet paper though! I read a previous review stating that the place was “fully stocked in every way” and although I booked for 6 people, we were stocked with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (2) and told to go to the store if we needed more! Don’t let yourself get into an emergency 😅 Checkout procedures also require that you run the dishwasher but with 6 people we were again left with only 1 pod. I suppose the owners are frugal but I thought I paid enough not to be told to go to the store 10 min down the road during our stay, for more toilet paper.

We were so pleased with this property, it was fully stocked in every way, the beds were extremely comfortable, it was so peaceful and quite and the hot tub was so nice !!! Brad was extremely helpful when we had questions and responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Place

Honestly this property is a true hidden gem that I will be booking again hands down truly awesome. I hate to tell the world how nice because once you stay you will be coming back an it will be hard to book this property soon. But it was so nice I had to say it an I would be doing the owners a injustice by not saying how nice this place really is. An the owners where absolutely great an definitely went above an beyond truly an honestly good people.
