Absolutely amazing. Perfect set up for our crew. Parents downstairs kids upstairs with their friends 8 total people plenty of room. The dock is super nice two story dock with place for boat and jet skis. The walk down is probley the best not steep like others and easy to get to. Perfect place for a family vacay highly recommend.

Me (mom) and my girls were driving three hours during hurricane Isaias to get to Jennifer's beautiful property. She reached out before we even left to let us know that it may not work out due to the weather. We rolled the dice anyways. And I am so glad we did!! The power was off when we initially arrived (as I was expressly told it would be) but it was so well set up that it truly didn't matter. We had the propane fire pit outside, as well as the absolute joy and luxury of STARS. It was the most beautiful sky we've seen, and we've been out west in Montana etc.She was SO incredible with communication. 10/10!!!The cottage is great and even tho it was just me and my girls (husband joined later due to storm) I can absolutely see this being a VERY easy place for two families to rent.The house was amazing, the dock is top notch, the towels and linens were also great. There are also multiple pillow options on beds for your ideal preference! I found my favorite for sure lol.I would absolutely recommend this for anyone!

Beautiful and relaxing

Came to fish and relax with my Dad for a week. The house and dock were very nice just like the pictures. My son and granddaughters stayed one night. Was nice to have large upstairs rooms with TVs so everyone could spread out.
