We loved the Perry Canary and Heidi is a fantastic host. She is very communicative and the property is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops and a fun downtown ambiance. The house is stocked with everything needed and is a convenient drive from the airport and downtown Spokane for sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this property again when we come to Spokane!

The house has been very well modernized and updated. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms completely renovated with high end fixtures etc. quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 6 for a long weekend.

Our stay was great! The house has lots of charm, it’s comfortable, and clean! It’s in a great, quiet neighborhood, just a block away from a good coffee shop and a couple more blocks away from lots of restaurants and other local businesses. Correspondence with the owners was quick and they were very accommodating to us. We would highly recommend the Perry Canary!

Very charming and clean property. All the kitchen appliances and dishes and necessities were available, although we didn't do any cooking. Very comfortable beds and thick towels. A very nice neighborhood as well, with access to a bakery and other nearby small businesses within a short walk.Would stay again. Contacts with he owner were pleasant and efficient and she was quickly responsive.

The house was cute, but the yard was a little unkept. We also didn't find a coffee shop in walking distance...maybe a book of local places and things to do would be nice. Games were scarce, so if your into them bring some of your own. The communication was excellent and the home served us well during our stay, All the other stuff was just little inconveniences.

The house is in a great spot, fantastic communications, fun layout, super clean and the little extras were appreciated, like hot cocoa, the quality of the paper towels, toilet paper, new sponge, and soaps. Comfortable rooms, great spacing. Super close to our favorite, South Perry Pizza. Wonderful house.

We had older guests and we would not have rented had we known how narrow and steep the stairs were. The air conditioner in the guest room was extremely loud and too big for the room.

We loved our stay in the Perry Canary! The house is charming and well-apportioned. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is nice, neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. We loved walking to South Perry Pizza for dinner. Others should know that all the bedrooms are on the second floor up a fairly steep set of stairs. We were a bit worried about our 80 year old mom who was with us but she did just fine. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again.
