To any future vacation renters, this unit is incredible, super clean, with five-star decor. The kitchen was wonderful for preparing our meals, the beds were so comfortable, and all the baths were super clean and beautiful. We loved being there; the entire unit is just plain beautiful, and host Anays was there to answer any questions and was very helpful. The location was amazing – where else can you go and have a heated pool at your front door, and be steps away from the beach? We are coming back to this unit. Thank you, Anays, for everything you did for us.

Overall the apartment and our stay was pleasant. Building as a whole was a bit dated, but the condo was recently renovated.The condo was relatively clean, despite the abundance of long-black hairs. The vaccuum wasn't functional, so it made clean up a bit tricky.The Condo is located right on the beach, which is convenient, however, this particular unit has no beach view. There is a view of The Diplomat Beach Resort shipping docks and dumpsters. The Diplomat starts their shipping and receiving at 7am everyday, which can be a bit noisy. It didn't necessarily bother us, as our young children were already up at that point, but I could see how this would be annoying if you wanted to sleep in.The owners of the other condos are generally nice and welcoming. However, there are a few who do not like vacationers and renters. Owners get very territorial over the community lounge chairs by the pool. Even though it is written (and posted everywhere) in their Condo rules, the hoarding of chairs at this place is on a whole nother level.The reserving of chairs is almost a morning ritual for most owners, even thou most won't end up using the chairs at any point throughout the day, they want to make sure that there more chairs reserved than needed if they so choose to use it. It's equally comical and annoying.Publix is only is a 5 min walk away.Anays was quick to respond, and provided some beach toys, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler, which was a nice touch.We would return.

Really enjoyed our time in Hollywood! The condo was very clean when we arrived and the pictures represent it well! Pool and beach are right there which was very nice - Young Circle Park (10 min drive) and Hard rock Casino (20 min drive) are close as well! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Condo

The condo was recently renovated, very comfortable and nicely equipped. Anays is one of the best host we have dealt with. We had a great stay. It does gets a little noisy early in the morning with the delivery trucks next door but it is manageable.

Great place to stay at Hollywood Beach and great host!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anays condo. She was quick to reply to questions and very helpful! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is newly redecorated. The bed is comfortable and shower is fantastic! The tv has cable which was great. The building has some nice updates since last year. The pool is great and has new chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

A Great Condo

We just ended a 3week stay in this really well appointed condo. Everything was new and there were so many great added touches. The pool is very large, heated and really nice. The pool deck overlooks the beach. The building is older but the condo feels modern and brand new. The only downside was the noise in the morning at exactly 7am!

The condo was excellent. Clean well decorated and comfortable. Needed to be told the parking ticket had to be returned. Need more information in the condo about restaurants and attractions. Pool and beach were near and well taken care of.

Anays the owner was incredible. Attentive and very quick responding. The unit is as advertised. Newly renovated. Very well appointed. Was such a treat to spend a month on the beach. Building is clean but rundown. Pool area and beach was incredible. My only negative comment is hearing noise that you hear from the shipping and receiving Of the diplomat hotel which is right beside the condo. Despite being 11 floors up the noise especially early morning was loud. Highly recomend. NF.

So amazing!

You just never know what a vacation property is going to be like when you make reservations online. This property was beautifully updated and CLEAN! Anays made sure we had everything we needed and it was easy to communicate via text with her. We didn't cook a lot, but the few times we did, we found the kitchen well-equipped. The building is in a gorgeous, high-end community.The apartment buidling is between the ocean and the street so we did have both street noise and the sound of the ocean. It didn't bother us, but if you are sensitive to noise at night you should know. We didn't hear any neighbors or other sounds in the apartment. If we ever return to Hollywood Beach, we will definitely rent this apartment again. Thank you Anays!

I was honestly hesitant about leaving a review out of my own selfishness to share this unit with others given the immaculate interior, accessibility of the building along with the beach and amazing amenities!!! Anays was clear, thorough, and responsive. Instead of being too wordy, I will list all of the positives about this rental and some of our highlights in the area.Positives:-Location Location Location! This unit was walkable to grocery stores and restaurants.-Parking was included and directly across the street. -elevators were quick and plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts were available for load in/out of luggage/groceries-WIFI was very fast!!! I work remote and had zero issues.-interior was as nice as the pictures look! Every little detail in terms of the renovation was done well (grout, tiles, etc)-fully functioning kitchen that made cooking simple and easy.-fridge had both ice dispenser AND separate ice for personal coolers. -beach chairs/umbrellas included-balcony had nice view of A1A and intracoastal views -washer/dryer were of great help inside the unit!-GREAT shower and water pressure!!!-Pool was large and had plenty of pool loungers-heated pool overlooking the ocean-awesome beach!!!-host provided information on the Ride Circuit App which we used daily! 2 ride per person pretty much along the entire beach/boardwalk and downtown. What would be a 40-50 UBER ride from downtown was 4! -10/10We plan on booking this annually!

Loved our stay!

The host was great about communication and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Both the couch and the beds were comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. However, there is some noise that may bother some from outside construction or whatever, but we didn’t mind it at all. I would love to stay again sometime in the future.

Exactly what I wanted

Could not be more convenient… Stayed here as I had a confernce at the Diplomat next door and was beyond pleased. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, et al. The stove/range works very well. The shower has GREAT pressure. The WiFi is fast and reliable. The beds are comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are very reliable as well. beach is great, pool is great, building is secure. Host has very thoughtful details like a basket full of all charger cables for various devices.

We over our stay. Being from New York we even didn’t notice the noice mentioned in another reviews. However being close to diplomacy and Hyde gave a benefit of having bars and restourants in walking distance. I would recommend this appartment for long term stay, as you will feel yourself welcomed and home
