This is a spacious (840 sq ft) corner unit with panoramic beach views from the living room and bedroom, luxurious oak floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for making gourmet meals. Provincetown is less than 2 miles with amazing restaurants. On-site parking for two cars. Leave the car parked and hop on the shuttle from across the street to downtown Provincetown.

The bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower with double vanity sinks. No need to pack up for the beach, you are at the beach!! The private beach is perfect to swim, sail, or paddle in the bay or for sunbathing, or for building sandcastles or just for a quiet walk along the shore.

Full Bay View Was Awesome

The accommodations were very good, clean and almost perfect. The September weather was perfect and warmer then expected, which was a plus. The Condo Motel was quiet and clean and short jaunt to P-Town. The best was the view of the Bay and the sunsets, which were spectacular!

Perfect beachfront getaway

I just returned from an extended stay at Preeti’s beachfront condo and loved everything about it: the location, which is minutes away from Ptown, Truro and Wellfleet; the gasp-worthy view; the serene private beach only steps from our door, and the bright, thoughtfully decorated, spacious apartment. Even my fussiest guests couldn’t find anything to complain about. It’s wonderful there.

Clean Comfortable and Relaxing

The condo is in one of the best locations on the shore. Nice deck area for relaxing and watching the waves and sunset. Quiet and comfortable with all the needed amenities. You are also close to ptown by bus or car. Preeti’s communication was great! Hope to visit again

Glorious sunsets from the deck and sun rises over Pilgrim lake

I’ve been vacationing at Beachpoint over 30 years and this condo was so beautiful. Open views of Cape Cod Bay, plenty of room and beautiful furnishings. So convenient and close to town The owner was so attentive to my needs and sent building maintenance over immediately for any thing I needed. I’ll stay here again for sure Beach at your doorstep and never crowded

Wonderful bay side condo

Love that we could step right out to the beach, no driving and finding a place to park. We enjoyed watching the sunsets over Provincetown from the deck. Much appreciated that linens are included, the bath towels were hotel quality! The unit was clean, comfortable, nice double sinks in the bathroom, kitchen had everything we needed. Easy drive in to P-Town for shopping, dining, major grocery store. The owner was very pleasant, easy to reach, quick to respond to any questions or issues. We would definitely stay here again.

GREAT CAPE LOCATION

This is a lovely condo looking out over Cape Cod Bay and P'town. Lying on the beach or relaxing on the condo deck it didn't take long to unwind and get in real vacation mode. The condo is well furnished and Preeti was so kind and welcoming in all of our communications. Star gazing on our last night there was a quiet and peaceful ending to our special PMC family week. Fantastic condo right by the sea

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is right by the beach and sea. It has a wonderful balcony overlooking the cape and you can see the pilgrims monument in Provincetown clearly in the distance. It truly is a wonderful view and it very relaxing to be able to hear the waves.The condo itself is very comfortable and spacious with a good kitchen to be able to cook and self cater. There are working appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer which were very welcome. The bedrooms are both double and have very comfortable beds and include huge built in wardrobes - there is plenty of space for storage.Location wise, you couldn’t be in a better spot for a relaxing and serene walk on the beach which it literally on your doorstep. It only a short drive into Provincetown or you can get a shuttle bus. All in all we had a wonderful time and Preeti made sure we had everything we need. Thank you!

Wonderful Spot!

We found this location as a last min trip as weather had other plans for our initial vacation plans. I am THRILLED with our pivot! This location was just BEAUTIFUL! I LOVED that you got both sun rise and sun set, very much enjoyed watching the water right from the balcony and we were so well located both to town and to the few spots we wanted to see just south of us. Made days and travel very enjoyable. The condo itself is adorable. "Small" but also roomy and had everything we needed! Was very presently surprised (I may have overpacked typical kitchen needs, ect that were already available by the host - THANK YOU) My only 'Negative' was that many of the remotes (TV and Heating) had dead or no batteries at first use but we were able to locate some with little issue and all was just fine! I'd chalk this up to end of season use of the condo. nothing that was a show stopper! Overall - HIGHTLY recommend this spot and host!!
