Two vehicles can park comfortably in the private driveway directly outside the garage. The garage is compact, but smaller vehicles may fit if you need space for an additional car.

Please do not use any other parking spaces on the property.

Need additional parking? Public parking is available for a daily fee at the Grace Hall parking lot off Prince Street.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking May 1 – November 3, seven days a week from 8:00 AM to Midnight.

Parking in Town-owned lots is free from November 4 – April 30.

This home is located on a peaceful residential street with year-round neighbors.

Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and help preserve the calm, residential character of the neighborhood.

We realize this is a spacious home with incredible views and inviting outdoor spaces. You're welcome to have a few friends over, but please use good judgment.

This home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.

Please don't bring the party back here.

We love this home and are delighted to share it with respectful guests. Please treat it with the same care and consideration you would your own.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of six (6) guests.

The home accommodates up to six guests with three beds, a king, a king, and a queen, across two bedrooms and a separate third sleeping space.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds six (6) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total reservation amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.

No parties or events

Smoke-free property (interior and exterior per HOA rules)

Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. You'll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, laundry area, private balconies, patio, and rooftop deck.

By staying with us, guests acknowledge that occasional encounters with animals (including but not limited to birds, insects, small wildlife, or pets owned by neighbors or other guests) may occur and are a normal part of the environment.

We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection and lawn maintenance, and landscaping, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.


There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules, including smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, or burning candles, incense, or any open flames, as well as unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events, may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund.
