I just love this house! Such a cozy home and awesome fit for 6 or less.
There are a couple littles surprise's inside and a guest book filled with great reviews over years of hosting.
Peaceful! Quiet! Serenity! Enjoy the Coastal Breeze While the Palm Trees Sway!
If you like crowds this is not the spot for you! The Pool is heated and Lighted so you can swim day or night. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths, Large Living Rm, Dining room Privacy Fenced Yard with lots of room to Play or just Relax. Not far to the most Beautiful, Natural Beach left in the state. Very Private home. Relax, Enjoy the Beautiful Inground Pool, only for your use. High Speed Wireless Internet, Fishing, Shrimping, Surfing, Sky Diving 5 min from home, Golf, Nature Walks or Drives, Bird Watching, and more or just Sun and Relaxation!!! Wanna check out the crowds? Cocoa Beach 20 min, Daytona Beach 30 min, Orlando 40 min. Then maybe come home Lounge around the Pool or take a dip. Three recliners in the ever so comfy leather sectional.
I hope Your going to love it!
Oh and keep an eye in the sky for the fellow flying by on a bycicle, and watch the beautiful sky divers floating in the air a short distance away. Yes you can see the rockets from this house or if you want to be closer I know a spot only the locals know about. Find out when you book.

Great house amazing pool

This was a lovely property, the house was just as described and shown in photos. Close to grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Couldn’t be happier with my stay.

The home was adequate but lacked some of the niceties we are accustomed to like a small supply of laundry soap, a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags, etc. There wasn’t a garden hose to use around the pool to wash feet, etc. rugs in bathrooms needed laundered. Nice fresh flowers were waiting for us.

Perfect place to stay.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting my grandma. The pool was lovely and we were in it twice a day while we were there. We enjoyed coffee and after dinner drinks on the patio while watching the birds and lizards. We would love to stay again in future visits!

Overall, the property met all our needs. Location was perfect. The host was very quick and provided help immediately when having TV problem and the problem was resolved. Small kitchen but other than breakfast we really didn’t need anymore space.

Loved the pool and proximity to ocean, grocery, etc. couldn’t find extra garbage bags or laundry soap, but wasn’t worth hassling anyone so we just bought some. Enjoyed our stay!

Like staying at a friends house

Was this a luxury 5 star resort where you couldn't relax, no. This was like staying at a friend or families house where you could easily relax on the couch and watch a movie or hang out in the pool. We had a great stay. Great location just off I-95 between family in both Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach. The beds, linens and pillows are very comfortable. Very clean. Loved the pool, and the neighborhood seemed very quiet. Owner responded very quickly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place.

Wonderful vacation home

My wife and I had a great holiday weekend at this home. Very clean, well furnished and appointed, and a fantastic pool in which to swim and cool off. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with quick access to all the essentials and the Canaveral National Seashore and Playalinda Beach. Smart TVs in every room, comfortable furniture, good air conditioning, even a pinball machine in the laundry room. We had a great time and plan on returning.

Winter getaway

When I arrived the entry code didn’t work but the maintenance worker showed up immediately to let me in. I had an ant issue, common in Florida, which he promptly sprayed for and I didn’t have anymore issues for the remainder of my month stay. The neighborhood was safe, the heated pool is a huge bonus in my book. The owner always responded to any of my inquiries immediately. I enjoyed my stay so much I’m hoping it becomes my annual winter get away home.

The pool was cold, we checked in on friday, and it was Tuesday before the pool was warm enough to swim in. None of the remotes worked, batyeries were corroded, lizards had a nest under the hot water heater, the whole house smelled of cat urine, we were shocked b6 electric trying to turn on the lights, water leaking from roof into master bathroom. I have photos of all of this.

We have stayed here 5 times in the past 10 years. This time we needed to stay one extra night in order to get our car repaired. The property was not booked for the remainder of the week, so availability was not an issue. The charge quoted by Denise was much higher than the cost for a single night. Discussion regarding the cost did not go well. We will not be staying here in the future.

I don't understand this? We simply prorated your stay based on what you were charged for your stay. Perhaps you didn't figure the bed tax charged by the state of Florida? We have not raised our price of $250 per night for over 10 years however when trip advisor bought out Homeaway they added a service fee and we have no control over that.

Worked well for us

Overall the experience was good. I brought my 2 dogs and chose this one because of the fenced yard. The house was very clean. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed (non food items) to prepare meals. Pool was perfect. Only issue was the grass was way past time to be mowed and did not get mowed the week we were there due to a mower issue. It was too long for us to enjoy the included cornhole game and too long for me to properly clean up after my dogs. I would rent it again as long as I had a guarantee that the grass would be cut.

Well I am glad you enjoyed the perfect pool, and clean, fully stocked home. Unfortunately we are unable to control the supply chain needed to bring parts to repair our equipment. I don't think there is anybody that can guarantee much at this point except one thing! We will do our very best to make your stay the very best! Charming home with a great pool and wonderful owners

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is very close to I-95. Restaurants and grocery stores are very short drives away. I was completely impressed by the care given to me by Denise, Sharon, and Karen. I rented the property on very short notice and they all went above and beyond to get the house ready (and checked on things after I arrived!) The house is wonderful and I like the layout (bedrooms at one end and kitchen/living room at the other). My favorite thing was the pool. Except for a couple of days, I spent a lot of time lounging around or in the pool. The weather was turning cool and rainy, but for the most part, every day was fantastic. It was great to watch the skydivers glide overhead on a couple of days. I slept great in the comfortable master bedroom. It was a real joy to wake up to those wonderful Florida sunrises! Though I didn't want to get away from the house and pool for long, the location is convenient to a lot of attractions (KSC, Cocoa Beach, Orlando/Disney). I would HIGHLY recommend renting this awesome property. Thank you again to Denise, Sharon, and Karen for making this a fantastic vacation!
