Relaxing Retreat in the Heart of Vacation Country!

Our lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home will comfortably sleep, feed and relax 6 stress-filled vacationers. As you step into the cool, quiet entry you are greeted by soothing colors and clean-lined modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a microwave, electric stove and range, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and a nice deep sink to clean that fresh catch of the day. The washer and dryer allow you to pack light and have fresh towels for the beach. A flat screen TV, cable service, stereo and DVD player offer a myriad of entertainment choices. The master suite includes a spacious shower, walk-in closet and a king bed with memory foam for your sleeping pleasure. The foldout couch also has a queen size memory foam mattress. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with memory foam and a full bath right next door. Step through the sliding glass doors from the master suite or the living room to enjoy a beverage, snack or a few moments of tranquility on the screen porch. A short walk through the beautifully landscaped compound takes you to the on-site pool. Let the kids splash around while you relax or cook something delicious in the large covered grilling area that is poolside. Nestled in the lovely La Cita Golf and Country Club at the Haciendas your home away from home is only moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and historic downtown Titusville. Just around the corner is a large farm market where you can enjoy some of Florida’s freshest produce. A short drive down the road takes you to US 1 and the Indian River. Cocoa Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World and other attractions are a mere 25 to 45 minute scenic drive away.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 short nights. We visited the Kennedy Space Museum and loved it. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it rained in the afternoons so we were not able to take advantage of the pool. We would stay here again if we are visiting the area!

Amazing Place

The property was great. Everything was very clean and many things were there for us that we didn’t know we needed for the week. The pool was great to be able to relax and the grill was great for dinners. They even provided beach chairs to bring to the beach. This will be a great place for us to stay when we come to see family again!

This was my second time staying here. Just like my first experience I had a great time. Place was very clean and had everything I needed for the week. The location is not far from the local beaches. Easy to access and good location for Kennedy.

We stayed while we visited Kennedy space center for a few days. Property was easy to access and pool was perfect for a few young kids to play in.

Why they chose this property

The space coast was my home for several years when I was younger. I fell in love with Florida and even after living in the frozen north for many years I still feel at home when I return. I brought my husband to visit and he too was taken with the area. When we got the opportunity to buy property here and make it our own we were overjoyed. We relish every moment spent here among the palm trees and hope your experience here will lead you back time and time again.

What makes this property unique

Imagine waking up surrounded by tropical greenery, birds merrily chirping, and sunshine peeking through the trees. The warm day stretches out in front of you with dozens of options for play and relaxation.
Sipping your morning brew on the screen porch you think to yourself, hmmm, what to do today? Take a quick jaunt over to Disney, Epcot, MGM or Sea World for a day of rides, entertainment and splashy fun? Jump on the causeway and hit up Ron Jon’s on Cocoa Beach for a few souvenirs? Soar over to Kennedy Space Center for a tour? Pack up the clubs and head out for a day on the links? Zip over to the fish camp for an air-boat ride? Gather up goodies for a picnic au natural at Canaveral National Sea Shore? Cruise out to Port Canaveral for a day of gaming on the high seas? Wander down to the river for some fishing? Zoom up to Daytona and take in a race? Brave the indoor skydiving nearby? Roll up the road to pick fresh strawberries or stroll down to the pool and read peacefully in the sun?
Wherever your escapades take you they all lead back to the same place; a quiet, updated, comfy home away from home.
