Very nice triplex apartment - 4 rooms composed of 3 bedrooms. A large living room overlooking an exceptional sea view on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. A beautiful open kitchen (classic coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

First floor: a double room (160x190cm) overlooking its private terrace with panoramic sea view; its own en-suite shower room. A second double room on the entrance side of the apartment (140x190cm); a guest toilet.

Second floor: a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room.

Outside: 2 beautiful terraces, an outdoor parking space, a collective swimming pool located at the bottom of the residence, tennis courts available. Many parking spaces outside
