Newly remodeled kitchen in 2023, this ideal condo is calling your name! Create culinary charms in the updated kitchen with new quartz countertops, cabinets, and sink. Enjoy recent upgrades in both bathrooms; the primary bath has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile, a sliding door, and an adjustable shower head for relaxing showers. The hall bath has a shower/tub combo with sleek tile and an adjustable shower head. A 55-inch TV in the living room entertains the entire group. The balcony doors open to enjoy the breathtaking ocean view, while the front balcony gives you incredible sunset views. Enjoy access to shared amenities, including exercise and game room.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a $60 registration fee for parking at the Irene building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo, especially our time on the ocean front balcony. A special treat was being able to watch the fireworks on Sunday evening on the bayside balcony!

Great overall. Just a few minor improvements

The location couldn’t be any better. Right on the beach with gorgeous views and beach access. The condo was immaculate. The wall of windows/slider brightened the whole space. A few minor tweaks would be great: doormat to wipe any leftover sand off of our feet before entering the unit, small rugs in bedrooms for comfort, batteries in bedroom remote were dead and the living room couch is very aesthetic but uncomfortable. But really aside from these minor things this is a wonderful unit and we would absolutely rent again!

The condo was perfect in every way. Super-duper clean! Excellent linens and towels. Well stocked with cooking utensils. Everything updated and modern. The unit has a front, east facing balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. The condo also has a private west facing balcony with with chairs and unobstructed views of the bay and the beautiful sunsets.The building staff were very friendly. My wife and I came her to relax and enjoy the sunrise, strolling along the beach, the sunsets, and laying in the sun. We were fortunate to plan our stay during the full moon and we were able to enjoy the simultaneous sunrise and moon set on both balconies, and the moonrise and sunsets every day. Getting access when we arrived could not have been easier. A great place to stay. We will choose this condo again. Book with confidence

OC Unit 603

Unit 603 was beautiful! A beachy modern vibe with a phenomenal ocean view! Very well kept and comfortable! The unit was a little father from the boardwalk than we had hoped. There were plenty of restaurants and stores that you could walk/bike to.

Newly renovated, ideal location

Really a beautiful condo. Bathrooms, furnishings, floors all appeared to be very new as did kitchen counters, sink. Stove and refrig may be a bit older but worked perfectly. Balcony off the living room was large enough to accommodate dining table and four chairs and a sitting area with 2 chairs and right on the ocean ! Could listen to waves crashing all day long but plenty of other places to go and things to see very nearby. Also a balcony on the opposite side lets you view bay and sunsets! And if you love crabcakes, my Sister, a crabcake expert, said Flagers were the best she's ever had!

Wanted to Love It?

This unit is beautifully decorated and centrally located in one of the best locations in OCMD. The problem was the beds. We saw that there was only a queen in the master, but we were determined to make it work. What we did not anticipate was how uncomfortable the beds were. We woke up with back aches every day. Even my 72lb child woke up stiff! The sheets were scratchy and the pillows had no fill. I'm not usually one to complain, especially in a gorgeous unit like this, but the back pain hampered our trip.

OC Vacation @ The Irene 8.6.2022

The Ocean front condo was an ideal spot. Loved the view. Not impressed with the furniture. Beds were comfortable but wish the Master Bedroom had a King Bed. My husband and I didn't sleep very well in the small queen. Plus there should be 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom to accomidate the family. The double beds are too small for 2 people on each bed. When we arrived the Master bath toilet lid was broken. When we needed to open the tuna fish cans for lunch, both hand held openers didn't work. I had to go out and buy one so our grandchildren could had their tuna sandwiches.

Really enjoyed the balcony. Unfortunately missed a sunset over the bay from the front (across from the entry hallway) balcony. I hope to be back and get to see it some other time. The main balcony really makes the rental - we enjoyed it at all times of the day. Glad I brought my binoculars. It is nice to already be at the beach without having to go outside, especially because my friend is handicapped and movement is challenging for him. Otherwise, a bedroom and a bathroom each (two of us, not married) was super comfortable also. Easy access to everything we needed - grocery stores and other shops. Definitely want to return to this rental.

This is the second year that we rented at the Irene the last week of August. My sister and her husband also rented a unit for the second year. Our unit was updated and clean, a beautiful apartment. And the view from the sixth floor can’t be beat.
