Very beautiful detached stone house with olive grove of 3,000 m² located on the mountain ridge 3 km after Dolceacqua, facing south with 360° views of the sea, mountains and valleys. Furnished in a modern and refined way, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with kitchen and a laundry room. Underfloor heating, integrated with air conditioning and closed fireplace. Large outdoor pergola with sofas and tables, private 8x4 infinity pool. Large indoor parking with automatic gate. Self-contained solar installation on the roof. The house has been rented for three years and has a superhost rating of 5/5 on air bnb.
Travellers' access: the access road to the house is not very wide and the last 200 mt are sloping because the house is on the crest of the mountain.
Recently the Town Hall of Dolceacqua has introduced a local tax of 1€/night/person (+14) which will be requested once you are there. Your identity documents must also be provided.
