The converted garage is now a fabulous games room featuring a full size pool table, foosball & flat screen tv! Time to enjoy your stay not just while out sight seeing but when you get home and kick your shoes off too...

Upper Floor Bedroom #3 - 1 x King Bed & 1 x Twin Rollaway Bed. (Sleeps up to 3 people on 2 beds)

Upper Floor Bedroom #4 - 2 x Queen Beds in a bunk formation. An additional twin roll-away bed is also stored in the closet for your use. (Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds)

Located minutes from all of East Nashville’s hot spots and just a 10 minute Uber from Downtown Nashville, the location is just perfect for your base while enjoying everything Music City has to offer.



With the garage converted to our feature games room, parking is limited to guest spots only and on street parking on Cherokee. Parking is prohibited in front of the garages. Violators may be towed.

Overall the property was nice but the pictures make the property look new. Once you are there it is clear on every floor that this property has been used heavily and not many repairs have occurred. The roof top is a great space but you could not even use the table as there was mushrooms growing on it. The space has potential but needs to have some maintenance done and new patio set.
