This was a great resource for us during our stay in Seattle! We appreciated the locality, the price, the communication from the host. We were very glad we chose this VRBO to stay in!
It was a nice ,clean, and cosy place. It was 10 minutes to the pier for our cruise, 10 minutes downtown and 25 minutes from the airport using UBER. We got there a little early with our bags and didn't want to take them with us into town. The owner worked with us and let us check in early which was awesome!
Extremely clean (even the washing machine, which is a rarity in a short-term rental) and spacious! I had never been to Seattle and wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I booked this place but the space was great and so was the location— it’s a two-minute drive to a downtown area where one can go to restaurants or get groceries but also close to Seattle Pacific University (site of a Suzuki violin camp in the summer), Fremont, and the usual touristy areas. My four year old daughter loved having some space to run around in in the backyard. The host was very quick to respond to questions. As other reviewers mentioned, bathroom is small and quirky and there are stairs to navigate (up to the house and then down to the basement) but I would still whole-heartedly recommend this place. Great space, location, and hosts!
Walking distance to shops and restaurants…in a lovely neighborhood of beautiful gardens and classic Seattle houses. The host was very responsive and the space had everything I needed. Despite being in a basement, there were windows and plenty of natural light.
Great stay. Very close to all the things we needed to access, but located in a beautiful neighborhood that felt very safe. For some strange reason (tech glitch) my VRBO app was not showing check in information that I had received days prior. I sent a message to the host and they promptly adjusted to make sure that we got into the space. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Great location! Very clean! Everything that we needed! Close to public transportation, grocery store, bakery, bar! We will definitely choose this location again!

We truly felt like locals and are thankful to the hosts.
This was the perfect stay. Very clean. Busses and a small market were just a few blocks away. Adorable community. Very safe for a single woman traveling alone.

A gorgeous little oasis super close to the city! Easy to get in and out and a very comfortable stay. Would absolutely book again!
This rental was just what we needed and the neighborhood was so cute! We loved walking around and renting the scooters to go all around the city and be able to come back to the cute and quiet area. The hosts were also great to work with and extremely accommodating!
The unit was very clean and the host was very gracious. The stairs to the unit were a problem. Older people would not want to rent this unit. Carrying suitcases were difficult for us. Also the bathroom was not great. It is too small and the shower, toilet situation is not the best.We enjoyed all the mirrors availble since the bathroom was fo small.
Hi there! I'm Bailee and I'm software developer in Seattle. When I'm not working I love getting outside and exploring new places, going for runs, writing, playing/listening to music and walking to get a coffee in town. I grew up in Orange County, California, and spent some time in Boston, but Seattle is my favorite!
What makes this property unique

We also provide access to a free ORCA pass for each guest staying, which works for the bus system, Link light rail, Washington State Ferries, the monorail and more. (We frequently take public transport and can advise on routes)
There is plenty of free residential street parking.
