Fantastic property that was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager regarding minor issues (no trash bags) was quick and she even had trash bags delivered to our door within hours! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, condo so-so

The location Is great. The beach is great. The condo is so so. The Internet was not reliable, it would work for 30 min then cut off for 30. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the condo, you have to take your clothes to a laundromat that is on premises. We had issues with the smart thermostat but we got that resolved. Most of the overhead lights/fans are remote controlled which we had issues with but had them resolved. Communication with the owner wasn’t exceptional either. This condo cost more than comparable condos in the same facility. Overall we had a good time but I wouldn’t recommend this peticular unit.

With its stunning emerald waters and soft, white sands, there’s really no place quite like it! I know that getting acquainted with the Nest thermostat and remote fans can be a bit challenging at first, so I’m glad we could help you navigate those to ensure you were comfortable. Most guests are familiar with Nest and smart thermostats, but we are always here to assist over the phone if help is needed and respond to all guest messages within minutes. Regarding the internet troubles you faced during your stay, they were due to a Florida storm knocking out some local fiber lines. Thankfully, the crews were quick to address the issue (in less than 2 hours), and we were back to the fastest and most reliable fiber Wi-Fi connection! While our condo doesn’t have a washer/dryer, our gated resort offers a fantastic private laundry room with over 30 machines! It features a coin machine and laundry supplies for just a quarter and is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. It’s a super handy feature for guests to get laundry done while enjoying the white sand private beach and free beach service that we offer! Destin has so much for anyone to enjoy beyond the beach, from delicious seafood restaurants to exciting water activities and breathtaking sunset views. We truly appreciate your choosing our place, and would love the chance to host you again. There’s always more beauty to explore here, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
