Pelican Beach Resort is first class with its amenities. The location is right across the street from the Big Kuhuna Water Park, and near many great restaurants. Pelican Beach Resort has 3 heated pools, two outdoor and an indoor/outdoor pool, a kiddy pool, sauna and two hot tubs.

There is an extra large sun deck, great for tanning and socializing, located right next to the tiki hut, adjacent to the pool. In addition, there is a work out facility, game room, umbrella and chair rentals, tennis, pickleball and basketball court, security at the entrance, covered parking, and a seasonal deli/restaurant/convenience store on site.

Located on the 8th floor where gulf/beach views can been seen from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom, our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This condo has all the comforts of home such as Flat Screen LCD TVs, DVD player. This is a deluxe-plus rated unit at Pelican Beach, the highest rating possible.

Trufit flooring has been installed throughout the entire unit. The kitchen features granite countertops. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin pillow-top beds with a bathroom and shower. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. The living room includes board games for the kids and a collection of DVDs for your enjoyment during your stay. The outdoor balcony furniture includes a table and chairs for dining as well as a lounge chair for sunbathing.

The condo is on the 8th floor and offers amazing views of the white sandy beaches and pool.

Many of the restaurants nearby are well known in Destin. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles east. The brand new Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall is at the corner of the Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets, and all the mall shops you have come to know and love in a beautiful outdoor setting. There are several fabulous golf courses in the area. Big Kahuna water park is a steppingstone away. Fort Walton Beach has a new pier to fish off of that is wonderful. And deep sea fishing is right up the street! Not to mention nearby grocery stores and a Target are within walking distance to stock up on food/supplies if you need anything during your stay.
