Great apartment and Alexia is really nice and very communicative. We were there during a heat wave so the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. The view is really good and the city is very close. (10min by car/Uber).

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and breathtaking backyard/private terrace. Very windy and narrow roads leading up to it, appliances like stove and dryer didn’t work/were hard to figure out. Pool towels not included with stay although there is a pool… also not enough toilet paper, trash bags, coffee pods, etc. Overall great communication with the host, but lacking key features. Good for relaxing in one spot and very clean!

Merci Sally pour votre retour et vos compliments sur l’appartement. Concernant les serviettes de piscine, comme indiqué dans l’annonce, elles ne sont pas incluses car il s’agit d’un service supplémentaire. Pour rappel, vous avez toutefois pu recevoir des serviettes de plage quasiment dans l’heure 😉. Quant aux consommables (papier toilette, sacs poubelles, dosettes, etc.), il est bien précisé dans l’annonce qu’ils sont fournis en quantité limitée mais suffisante pour votre arrivée/séjour. Les appareils électroménagers fonctionnent parfaitement, mais j’ai bien pris en compte votre remarque quant à leur facilité d’utilisation. Ce fut également un plaisir d’échanger avec vous !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour! L’appartement était parfaitement adapté à notre séjour (taille, localisation) et la terrasse est un réel « plus ».Les petites attentions comme le café, les produits de salle de bain, les bons de réduction Fragonard … font toujours plaisir.
La vue by-night depuis la terrasse est incroyable

Grand penthouse avec vue panoramique

L appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé décoré avec goût. La terrasse est un point plus que positif. Il manque quelques transats à la piscine Il faut absolument un véhicule car le logement est situé à l écart

Excellent séjour dans les hauteurs de Nice

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Nice, et dans cet appartement tout confort. On se sentait comme à la maison. La vue sur Nice est incroyable. Seul bémol : obligé de prendre la voiture pour chaque excursion.
