Everything you want in a rental apartment! Clean, well appointed, perfect location in old Nice-walk everywhere in Nice. Host was friendly and responsive. This rental includes a/c and a lift -huge bonus points for both. We will definitely be back!

Nathalie was very helpful with suggestions about where to go and what to eat. The apartment was outfitted with everything we could possibly need and its location was perfect. We were so close to public transportation and yet felt like we were immersed in a warren of charming streets filled with restaurants, shops and access to a grocery store, a fish market, butcher and boulangerie, We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed and shown the property. Location was perfect in the old town area and near trams. The apartment was quiet. It has around 13 stairs upon entry then an elevator. I’d stay here again happily!

Relaxing Girls Trip

We loved staying at Nathalie’s apartment in Nice. The location was great, right in the center of the old town and it was very quiet even though the bustling city was right under us. Nathalie was very helpful and the apartment was so adorable.

Quiet suite in great location.

The suite is as described. The host meets you in person to let you in. The location is great with unlimited food options up and down the winding streets of Old Nice. Can easily walk to the beach.

The apartment was exactly as described. Its in a great location and has everything you need to buy some fresh local ingredients from the markets and cook for yourself . Its also close to plenty of great restaurants for those days you just want to get out. Transport is good and the beach is a short walk away. We had a great time. The host was also very helpful - would recommend to others

Apartment was clean, beautifully airconditioned on our arrival, quiet, despite being in a great location in the heart of Old Town. Host Nathali was wonderful, in contact from start to finish and over and above accommodating. Great stay, thank you!

Superb Location

Very pretty little apartment that is very well equipped. In old town Nice, many restaurants, bakeries, butchers and boutique shops right out the door. Easy walk through the old town to the waterfront. The bed is large and very comfortable. Lots of hot water and efficient AC. Great value on the Riviera.

The picture online does not fully depict the building the apartment is in. Yes, it is in Old Nice, but the building itself is rundown. We had ants and the response from the owner was it is any season; there should be some cleaner underneath the sink in the bathroom to clean them up with. Not only was there no cleaner underneath the sink, we arrived all three of us for 10 days with only two rolls of toilet paper and the owner said once you run out it’s up to you to go and buy more. Toilet paper is a basic necessity and with three people for 10 days all of the amenities and the supplies that we need for a comfortable stay should be provided. In addition, 10 days with the same set of towels and sheets is not appropriate or hygienic.

A Real Gem

Wonderful location. This flat is interior, no street noise, but plenty of sunlight. 3 deadbolts, all appliances are newer, very comfortable Queen bed, adequate storage, interior is well lighted, one flight of stairs, then lift to 5th floor, quiet neighboring apartments. Plenty of linens and soft furnishings. Short walk to tram and the beach. lots of walkable restaurants and shopping in old town, and a tram ride to city center department stores. Natalie was right there at check in time and gave us a nice introduction to the neighborhood. I've travelled extensively in Western Europe and this flat is one of the best I've found.

Very well equpped and layed out, ideal location

Well the reason I didnt give it a higher rating are 2. The steps are very diffucult, and risky. I am 80 so it was frightening. They are poorly lit which can easily be rectified. And 2nd is the noise. The dumpsters attracted gulls who squack very loudky and frequently. attract sea gulls the otgers

Hello Karen, I am really sorry that these inconveniences have pushed you to leave such a comment knowing that until now this accommodation has made the joy of travelers even the oldest. The accommodation is perfect and I helped you as best I could to facilitate your stay and your remarks which in no way detract from the quality of the apartment. The steps to climb before reaching the elevator are however indicated in the advertisement and as I told you it is already a great luck to have an elevator in a building in the old town classified as a historical monument. The light is indeed not automatic but I took care when you arrived to show you the switch which is located as soon as you enter the building and the one right next to the elevator. Once turned on, the light shines perfectly well. Concerning the seagulls, Nice being on the seaside it is inevitable. This is about the nature and life outside the apartment and not the quality of the apartment itself so I don't understand why specify this if not to harm its image with other travelers wishing to book.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé dans le vieux Nice

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’appartement dans la vieille ville, sur une rue piétonnière et à proximité de restaurants, de boutiques, d’épiceries, de pharmacie. L’appartement est confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. L’appartement est propre. Nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser le four pour réchauffer nos mets à emporter même après avoir lu à plusieurs reprises toutes les instructions du livre explicatif laissé dans un tiroir. Notre hôte ne savait pas non plus comment fonctionnait le four. Cela nous a déçu car nous avions loué pour 10 nuits et ne voulions pas aller au restaurants tous les soirs. Le divan lit où mon frère a dormi était confortable ainsi que le lit dans la grande chambre. L’appartement étant situé au 5 e étage, c’est très calme. Notez qu’il faut franchi plusieurs marches (+- 15) au premier palier avant d’arriver à l’ascenseur.
