Located close to Garibaldi Square and The Old Town, a very lively district, “Le Jardin des Anges” will allow you to enjoy the calm of a low-traffic street while having all the amenities on a walking distance.

Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, 50m2 garden, parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, four TVs, Netflix...
This apartment consists in a huge living room with open kitchen overlooking the garden.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, ice maker and plancha outside.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with queen-size bed, double bed and two single beds which can be twinned on request, all equipped with very thick and comfortable mattresses, three bathrooms with shower and toilet, one for each bedroom.
Many baby accessories are available to young parents: cot with mattress, highchair, bath, etc.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
The parking available to travelers is unlimited access for one vehicle in an underground parking located 400 meters from the apartment, accessible by walking in 5 minutes.
In case of necessity the agency is around the corner, at 50 meters.

Apartment is ideally located between Garibaldi Square and the Modern Art Museum, less than 5 minutes away from Garibaldi Square’s tram.
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Garibaldi Square and Place du Pin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your grocery shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 10 minutes walking.
Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the Old Town entrance and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Garibaldi Le Château. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 100m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Riquier » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. We have a parking space for you in the Parking Risso 150m away from the apartment.

Is it perfectly postitioned near the beach, Old Town and the park. Two private en-suite rooms plus a full third bath made it very comfortable for our family. All of the recentare great and it is well equiped.We will definately rent this place again.

Apartment is well appointed, clean, and on a quiet street. Within walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, shops, and the promenade. Wonderful crepe cafe a few minutes walk from apartment.
We traveled as a group of 6 adults. We loved the location of this beautiful place. Spacious , clean, airy and bright. Close to wonderful restaurants like Puro with delicious homemade Italian fare. A min walk to Nice Thai massage wonderful place to de stress and also 2 min walk to Carrefore grocery and 15 min walk to major shops. Will def come back to Nice we will stay here !
We really enjoyed our stay at this property on a quiet street close to all the amenities. Prefect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. They each had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a huge plus. Check-in and out was a breeze. Communication with the management company was outstanding and they arrange airport transfers for us. AC worked great which was a plus with very warm weather in Nice.
Location was ideal. A couple blocks from a big grocery store and a smaller one same distance in the other direction. Plenty of restaurants nearby and 10 minute walk from old town and all that has to offer for dining, shopping, sightseeing, etc. The sweeping promenade and beach just 15 minute walk away.
Can’t think of anything that could be improved upon. Awesome 4 day stay for our family. Would definitely go back.
We loved the apartment - it was a perfect arrangement for our group with the two main bedrooms and baths separated and giving some privacy. The apartment is newly renovated and very well equipped - it's very comfortable and spacious. The location was good - a short walk to Garibaldi and Old Town with all the restaurants and shops; also easy walking distance to Castle Hill, Place Massena and the Promenade and a very short walk to a large Monoprix and the tram line. We appreciated that the apartment is on a nice quiet street without the noise and activity that can be an issue in Old Town. The apartment is a ground level apartment, and there are not windows in the bedrooms, but there are large windows in the living/dining area facing on the private outdoor courtyard - very pleasant. There are even pull-down screens for the windows! We had a wonderful time and the apartment was a very welcome home base.

Fabulous apartment in a great location
The apartment exactly matched the photos. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were very nice and the rooms could easily be darkened so we got the sleep we needed after a very long day of travel - but the apartment was also quite bright when everything was opened up. Modern interior with all the amenities needed - and all working. AC worked GREAT! Very close to Old Town Nice and a 15-20 min walk to the train stations. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Our host, Tiphanie, was very helpful and offered great recommendations for places to go.
