Host had good communication but there were some things that were not amazing about it. Kinda strange feeling showing up to vrbo when there’s already someone at the house since there is an upstairs tenant, everything felt very cheap in the house and didn’t feel cozy just low budget especially compared to the cost. There were ants underneath the hot tub cover and crawling all around the outer rim of the hot tub. The sheets kinda smelled like B.O. and pretty much all of the lights flickered. The shower was really nice and the beds were comfortable which was good. Overall kinda mid stay especially for the cost of the rental.

Stayed here for 2 days, clean house and close to the downtown. It was a pit stop for us between national parks and worked really well. I’d stay here again.

Great Stay in Redding

We had a great time staying here, property was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Kids loved playing in the backyard and the ride on toys. We all enjoyed the hot tub, foosball table, and musical instruments. Neighborhood was nice as well, felt safe and family friendly.

This was a great place to stay while in town for a conference. It had everything needed and more for a comfortable stay. The place was very clean and as pictured. Eric was quick to respond. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again when we’re back in Redding. Don’t hesitate to book this. You won’t be disappointed.

Great for a few nights

This place fit the bill for our extended weekend stay to visit friends. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, if you are planning to stay with the max amount of people for the house you might run into trouble with kitchen utensils and towels. We were given two small beach towels for the hot tub and when I asked for more, I was initially told no and when I reminded them we had three people for our reservation I was given the code to the cleaning closet, but couldn’t make it work so we were never able to access any additional towels.Not a deal breaker by any means, but just something to be aware of. This was also the first property I have ever rented that required you to purchase insurance or leave an extremely large cash deposit.

One of the best I’ve stayed in

We REALLY enjoyed our stay in this house. It is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood, short drive to restaurants and shops. The house is equipped with everything you would need for your stay, no detail was missed. Communication was also excellent. The backyard and hot tub are great and my kids loved the music instruments in the living room. Highly recommend!

Super clean, great neighborhood, plenty of space. Only suggestion is to please leave a porch light on for us evening check-ins & to clearly state the key-fob for entry is not the one BY the front door but rather the one ON the front door 😉

Convenient and fun

Close to the sundial bridge activities, go kart racing/ put put golf, and lots of shopping & eating options. The house itself is tastefully done and roomy, the hot tub was a delight in the chilly slow mornings, would stay again!

Awesome stay (with a hot tub!)

We stayed at Eric’s house with some friends and really enjoyed it! The house is very clean, spacious and modern, with a living room, 3 bedrooms and an office, which we used as an extra bedroom with an air mattress. We couldn’t inflate the mattress the host provided initially so his friend dropped a new air mattress and a working pump that same day - great hospitality! Relaxing in a hot tub after hikes in Lassen park was amazing! All of us really enjoyed the stay.
