Our stay at this property was great. Very nice and clean. Pathway to the beach was right across the street. We walked into town where there were several nice restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Host sent clear and concise instructions/directions and stayed in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to Montauk for the last 45 years. We were lucky enough to be able to buy a unit in this lovely community where we have many friends. As a retired art teacher I love being a host on VRBO. I am able to really take care of our guests and feel lucky to share our sweet place with others. Don't hesitate to ask about how to book multiple units at the same time. We do that with friends and family all the time!

Why they chose this property

When we first stepped into our unit the view of the ocean from our deck took our breath away!. We bought it as soon as we could and fully renovated it to make it as comfortable as possible . We also wanted to make the most out of every inch so there is a lot of storage and a full kitchen for our family.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a lower corner unit . It is easily accessible to the Ocean and steps away from the pool. It is great for small families with kids. Although we are only allowed to have 4 guests in total and the unit is 500 sq. ft it is designed to be efficient and have lots of storage .
