Imagine not having to deal with Ditch Plains parking! But Beach passes are included to explore other Town beaches, both ocean, and bay, as permitted (a $600 value) The two-bedroom cottage with an open living room with 180-degree views of the ocean (1) King and (1) Queen. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and is near some of the best restaurants. It's tastefully decorated with TV and WiFi. Ideal for couples or small families. There is outdoor furniture, a table for 6, and a gas grill. This is directly across the street from the ocean. This cottage is on a hill, so you have great 180 degree ocean views and can hear the water from the deck.

7 night rental week begins Friday at 4 pm and ends Friday at 11:00 am. 3-6 night rental must end on a Friday or Monday. There are no early check-in or late check-out times unless the manager can accommodate them.

Pet fee $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.
