The Villa Strandbrise was rebuilt in 2006 and modeled on the style of the resort architecture. The apartment complex is located in a quiet but central location, in the second row. Due to its central location in the district of East, you can reach in no time numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs such as supermarkets (Netto and Edeka), pharmacies, banks or a drugstore are also just a few minutes walk from the property. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. In just three minutes you are at the Molli-station Kühlungsborn East, where the bus station is located.    For the way to the fine sandy beach and the pier you need only 5 minutes on foot. From there you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the harbor.   All apartments have an underground parking space and balcony or terrace.    Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? Super Unterkunft

Eine sehr sehr saubere, super schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Sogar Details wie ein Haarföhn und eine Waage, Geschirrspühltaps usw. waren vorhanden! Sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Sehr grosse Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Danke! Der Service auch top. war

Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Alles war sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Zur Seebrücke waren es 500 Meter und viele Restaurants lagen direkt auf dieser Strecke. Die Wohnung liegt in 2 Reihe und ist sehr ruhig. Wir waren schon häufiger in Kühlungsborn... diese Wohnung war eine der besten 👍

Ostsee statt Mallorca, mindestens eben so toll und erlebnisreich und erholsam wie spanische Inseln

Schöne Ferienwohnung toll eingerichtet und mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht. Zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone, zwei Minuten zum Bäcker und zehn zum Strand. Kann man nur empfehlen. Danke den Gastgebern.

Sehr schön ,zum Wohlfühlen

Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gab sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, falls man es benötigt hätte. Die Wohnung war schön geräumig und ruhig gelegen. In der Küche gab es genug Utensilien. Ein Fahrradkeller war vorhanden.
