Due to a cancellation, there is now some availability in August. Book your summer holiday now! We are literally just steps to the beach, on the scenic route in the seaside village of Mill Bay, BC. Our garden suite has a lovely view of the ocean where the sunrises will greet you each morning. Restaurants are walking distance as is our marina, community wharf & shopping mall. Wine tasting at 9 nearby vineyards or hike, bike, golf, play pickleball at our newly opened neighbourhood courts, we have it all for a holiday to remember. Close to Victoria for easy day trips. Steps to the Beach is a hidden Gem. Discover us.

Why they chose this property

We have a bright, sunny fully contained one bedroom suite, with a 3 piece bathroom, full kitchen ( no dish washer), dining area and sitting area. There is wifi access and a TV with basic cable, Netflix, Spotify and others. A sliding doors opens onto a lovely private outdoor covered patio with a a dining table and seating. Share our back garden and fire table. The entrance to the suite is private with a key less entry and there is ample parking is onsite.

What makes this property unique

Walk to the beach in 3 minutes and enjoy the view from our property which is amazing. Spring is particularly beautiful time with all the colours of the blossoms. Various shops, restaurants, grocery store are just 1.6km away, so within walking distance. There are a number of wineries in the area, you will need a vehicle or you can go on a tour and let someone else do the driving. Victoria is 30 minutes away by car. Take the scenic Mill Bay/Brentwood Bay ferry over to the peninsula, to explore Saanich, Brentwood Bay and Sidney. The ferry departure is 7 minutes away by car.
