Had an amazing short stay!

Had a really incredible short stay at this property. It is a very beautiful home, comfy and cozy but also polished enough to take cute outfit pictures in. Was mildly concerned because there is a bar next door that is open until 2am, but we didn’t hear anything that kept us up so that was not an issue. Truly loved our time at this property!

Perfect

This home is perfect for a home-away-from-home. The location is central and close to downtown for an Astros game or to visit friends and family in the suburbs. It is clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Fantastic house for family trip

From start to finish, this was a 12/10 experience. The house is incredibly well-equipped and comfortable, while still being immaculately decorated. We loved the back deck and yard, and access to the parking lot next door made it easy for friends to visit while we were in town. 100% recommend!

Best Stay!!

We stayed at this property while attending a Coffee Expo. It was such a great choice. We had an older couple - business partners with us and for them it was such a great fit as it was one level and walk in showers made it all the more convenient. The house was fully equipped with every possible option needed. There is a restaurant/bar 2 doors down in the neighborhood that was such a great hang out spot with the best atmosphere. The pretzel and moscow mule were amazing! Everyone was happy with this stay. Would definitely stay here again if in town. Would highly recommend!!!

Exactly as advertised

This home offered everything in the listing. It is beautiful, comfortable, quiet and clean. We loved walking the nearby White Oak Bayou Trail and stopping for brunch while we were out. The restaurant a couple doors down had great food and drinks. Definitely on our Houston list to stay again.

Great place

Excellent location, particularly for our needs. Plenty of restaurants near by, and close to shopping. Lovely, spacious home and very comfortable. It was just my husband and I, but it's a two bedroom, so you can comfortably fit more people.

Super house

This is our second time staying in this house in the heart of Houston. It is so beautifully appointed, full stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, we will definitely stay here again when we visit. Location is great for getting anywhere in Houston.

The house was absolutely stunning. We loved everything about the house. Finishes were top notch and very comfortable. The location was great. Very close to restaurants and easy access off of freeway. We will stay here again. Hunter was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

A beautiful home!

What a fabulous place to stay in Houston! We especially enjoyed the glider on the porch, the spacious living room and bedrooms with plenty of pillows and blankets, and the great location close to Memorial Park, grocery store, the neighborhood bar/restaurant, and easy access to the freeway without having to hear the freeway. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thanks for the exceptional house rental experience. Fantastic--Again!

This is our second time staying at this home (not property--home). It is definitely our first choice for any time we come to Houston to visit family. The decor is stunning and the home is airy and spacious. No attention to detail was spared. The property manager is great.

Very Nice Home

I really liked the home. Completely renovated and was very cozy. Amenities in the home were top notch and I had all that I needed. Honestly I gave 4 stars for the location and accuracy. The owner of the home (I was told when I checked in) was also the owner of a bar/restaurant just 2 doors down. We did go there to eat and it was very nice. My "issue" was that the parking lot for the restaurant was right next to the home so a lot of people and cars coming and going sometimes late into the night. There were always many cars parked on Larkin street so I wasn't completely comfortable with leaving my new car parked out front. I did not feel safe going out by myself as I was not familiar with the neighborhood and the noise level was a bit much at times.

Great house in a great location

This house is everything! Centrally located and so quick to get to the Heights, Montrose, Midtown, downtown, and a ton of amazing restaurants and bars. We felt super safe and cozy. The house is thoughtfully decorated with great amenities and everything we could want to feel right at home. It was sparkling clean, too! Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect property for us

We had the best trip and this property was perfect for my husband and I and our two young boys. The decor was so beautiful and it had everything we needed. Shipley’s donuts was less than a mi away which was perfect for the kiddos. Hunter recommended a Mexican restaurant close by that was fantastic. We were 15-20 min away from all the attractions we planned to do. They have a cafe two doors down that we ate at as well which was so convenient and quaint! We will be back!

wonderful home

Wonderfuly laid out and decorated home, firm mattresses, clean and well stocked. We did have an issue with more than half of the burners not working on the stove. Along with the thermostat adjusting at random hours UP, which is not good given the heat outside. All in all, I would highly reccomend!

Not Just A Pretty Face

The home was welcoming in every aspect. The furnishings and art work were lovely, the kitchen easy to navigate and stocked with all the gadgets needed to simplify meal preparation. The rooms were spacious and no detail was overlooked to provide a sense of home.
