The location was great. Great neighborhood. Nice and quiet . The bedroom layout was awkward. No place to store dry goods in kitchen. Pool had a leak and had to be filled daily. Lots of plants in pots needed to be watered.

Great house, perfect location! Could have been cleaner and trash bins were full from last tenets and smelt horrible for 4 of our vacation days until trash day when we had to take out it to road to get picked up, Food was left around pool area and wine boxes were left out in the yard.
