Welcoming house of 50m² located at the tip of Penchâteau in Le Pouliguen which has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house has a garden with a view of the pine trees, a 42m² terrace with garden furniture, an electric barbecue, and a plancha. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. You will also find a washing machine, a television and a hairdryer. You can park in a free outdoor car park near the house. Two tennis courts are also available in the residence.
