Home was spacious, clean and accessible to Disney. Management responded quickly to a minor issue and was pleasant in the exchange. For a family event, worth checking out

The check-in, check-out procedures were well documented and easy. The property management team was very thorough in providing what was necessary to gain access to the resort, the house and instructions for the pool/hot tub features. There were one or two items we needed the management team to address and they were amazingly prompt in responding AND fulfilling our request. We also had a couple of recommendations/suggestions that were positively received. I would highly recommend this place. The location was great, the house was like brand new and it was a very good value. Our golf group has been together for 20 years and to a person, we thought this was among the best places we've occupied together.
