Lovely villa in Carvoeiro, sea views, beach in walking distance, very quiet

Very nice, well maintained villa in the best location of Carvoeiro. Carvoeiro is one of the most popular holiday resorts in the Algarve since it has retained its charm. It offers everything you could wish for (www.mycarvoeiro.com). The beautiful beach "Praia Centianes" with beach bar is only a good 10 minutes walk away. The house is located near the center of Carvoeiro in the very pretty, traditional villa district "Vale de Milho", which also contains the 9-hole short golf course of the same name. Thanks to its elevated position on a cul-de-sac, the house enjoys a quiet location despite the central location. With its ideal south-west orientation, it offers all-day sunshine for a perfect Algarve vacation.

It has a large, totally private pool area with a generous terrace with sea view. Next to the large pool is the pool bar with gas grill and its own dining area. Slightly elevated is the sunny terrace table with a large awning and a beautiful view. There is also a protected inner patio with a charcoal grill and the roof terrace with a fantastic view of the sea for perfect sunset moments.

The sunny, south-west facing bedrooms all have direct, level access through large glass sliding doors to the terrace area.

The house has extensive facilities with new aircon in living and bedrooms, free internet wifi, satellite TV and hi-fi system with Bluetooth. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, Nespresso machine and fridge-freezer combination. High chair, children's tableware and cutlery is available. The washing machine is right outside the kitchen in the household area.

During their stay guests are assisted by the German house management, who will be able to help with questions and problems competently. The team of house maid, pool man and gardener ensures cleanliness and a perfect condition of the property. The villa has a state licensing as an accommodation, the Alojamento Local (AL).

The nearby, beautiful Centianes beach, with beach bar and restaurant (all year) is located in a sheltered bay and is within a few minutes walk. This beach is supervised during the season and also offers beach chairs and umbrellas. Toilets and showers are also available. Tennis is available for a fee at the nearby Roche-Brava resort or the Carvoeiro club. There are many well-known golf courses (including 2x Pestana), the 9-hole golf "Vale de Milho", 350m away, open for non-handicapped guests, perfect for beginners or children. Golf equipment can be rented here very cheaply.
