The beds were vey comfortable and the space was clean. I wish they had 2 fobs to enter and exit the facility with a family of 4 we wanted to split up but this made it inconvenient with only 1 fob for door access. Also I wish the description of the facility had stated that it did not have a beach view.

The host and location are great. The apartment is as advertised and well appointed. There were some rather annoying issues regarding water access, but those were beyond the host’s control.

Nice place in a really good location on the beach walkable to the Casino and several restaurants and with parking easy to manage a car and drive everywhere else. Ami the host was fantastic and always willing to share great suggestions, restaurant recommendations, etc.

The apartment was perfect and exactly as described. The location was very convenient and the beach was beautiful with lots of amenities. The lobby is under renovation but was not an issue for us.

Great place & Excellent Host

Close car rental & Walgreens with pretty much everything you need. Location is central to walk or quick Uber to visit any major tourist attrictions. Excellent location to a great beach!! Very safe location. The owner is very responsive with great information and tips where to go/eat. Would definitely book again when visiting Puerto Rico.

Centrally located Isla Verde

Very nice condo with great amenities. Parking was free and convenient. Secure building and lot and a safe and fun tourist community as well. Hosts communicated well and answered any questions. Clean and bright apartment and very comfortable. Enjoyed our recent stay.

The host was amazing, very timely with information about the building, and communicative throughout our entire stay. They left a courtesy bottle of wine as a welcome gift to kick off our stay, which was a very nice touch.The air conditioning throughout the apartment was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and all the appliances worked perfectly.The location can't be beat as there's food right across the street, your own parking space, and beat of all you're right on the beach.This rental is truly a gem & I hope I can make it back here some time soon.

Excellent place

The apartment was exactly as listed, very clean and in a great location. Restaurants, Pharmacies and shops within walking distance. The beach was beautiful. Check-in was easy and the manager was thorough and always available. Condo staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Great stay - perfectly aligned with property description

The property is fantastic, and the host communicated perfectly. It was a great, central location for my first trip to PR. Everything is exactly like it is described in the overview, with a few additional personal touches. The area can be quite loud throughout the night, so just be aware of that and plan appropriately.

Was a nice vacation

The location is in a central location, so we had access to a lot of things. However, it would become very nosy at night even though we were not on the bottom floor, and it made it a little difficult to sleep on the weekends.

Spring Break Trip

Thanks to our amazing host, who was so responsive & helpful with sightseeing/restaurant suggestions! The condo was in a perfect location, right on a beautiful beach, and a short Uber ride into Old San Juan, and was perfectly equipped for all of our needs (family of 4 - two teens!). Had a great last day visiting El Yunque & Loquillo Beach; Loved Old San Juan, especially El Morro, and wandering around the gorgeous streets! Will definitely try to come back! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay!

The area was very comfortable, decently spacious and central with lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the area. Host was responsive and helpful. As for activities during your stay the beach which was very nice and warm, a day in Old San Juan, the pool or El Yunque a local rainforest are all very fun things to do. The room had great views but got a bit noisy at night. The space was great and accommodative for our family of four and we definitely appreciated this place for our 5 day stay.

Family Getaway

First time in Puerto Rico and it won't be our last! Ami was an amazing host - quick to respond to all my questions! We didn't need her during our stay, but if we did, I felt we were in great hands. We loved the unit, it was clean, close to everything and the parking spot was so convenient. We loved the beach and we used the condo chairs and towels. Thanks so much for a terrific stay! We hope to return soon!

Great Beach Location

We loved the proximity to the beach and the provided beach chairs. Everyone in the building was very pleasant. It was walkable to many places, and easy to get an Uber or rent a car. Excellent response time from property manager. It was noisy at night with street traffic and people, the sound machines were helpful. Also, we were surprised that no toilet paper was to be thrown in the toilets.

Isla Verde stay

We stayed here for 3 days. The pictures are very accurate. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Location is great, parking is very convenient. Only had intermittent wifi issues and could not figure out how to make the temperature in the shower be just warm. It went from scalding hot to cold so had to switch between one and the other. Everything else was perfect...
