In the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in the Enclave des Papes, a house dating from around 1860, built by the workshops of Gustave Eiffel, and fully renovated in 2017. Swimming pool: 7 x 3m with a sliding pool enclosure. A 50m² shaded terrace, 30m² of which is enclosed by a full mosquito net, with a summer kitchen (plancha grill) and a table for up to 5 people, a lounge area, a 40m² sun terrace around the pool, and a large garden entirely enclosed by Provençal stone walls. A 3 x 11m pétanque court (2 sets of 3 boules available and a children's plastic boule). Quiet location, no direct neighbors, set back from the road. 400m from the centre of Valréas, its small shops and its large market on Wednesdays (2-minute walk). Several supermarkets are located around the town for your convenience. NO EVENTS POSSIBLE: birthdays, parties, etc.! HOUSE on 2 levels: Sleeps a maximum of 5 people! AIR CONDITIONED: both bedrooms and the entire ground floor. Wi-Fi, fibre optic internet, 2 terraces: one in front of the house, the other off the kitchen. A 50m² sheltered terrace with a summer kitchen area facing the pool. A 3x11m pétanque court. A 1300m² property with a large private parking area and a gate at the entrance to the private courtyard. You'll find all the comforts of home with appliances! Two bedrooms upstairs: One with a 160x200cm double bed and a cot with a toilet. The other with a 140x190cm double bed and a 90x200cm single bed. A separate toilet on the ground floor. A bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. Provided: pillow protectors and mattress protectors, duvets, and cleaning products. Cleaning is included!
