Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, sleeps (8) 2257sq.ft LUXURY penthouse condo with "ALL KING BEDS" in the Sand Point Condo Complex. The only 3 bed/3 bath in the complex. Master bath has Jacuzzi and separate steam shower. Two large balconies, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intra-coastal Waterway. Comes with two reserved parking spaces in the garage, and extra outside parking. Building includes an outside pool and barbecue area, indoor exercise room, steam sauna, 2 elevators and library/reading room. We're not in one of Large Resorts with 200-300 condos where you can't find a lounge chair or place to relax & not fight the crowds. Just steps down to the beautiful sand & Atlantic Ocean. Entire condo is remodeled & ceramic tiled. New kitchen & bathrooms with ceramic tile & granite tops.

We just purchased this condo in March 2015. We're from Western Pa. & have vacationed in Florida for many years, mostly Feb. We're retired & hope to enjoy our Sand Point Unit as snowbirds and possibly a little more & as a rental throughout the year

Why they chose this property

It's truly one of a kind in the Sand Point Resort. We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. The only 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in this family friendly resort. Just decorated by a interior designer & a unit that was never on the rental market. Beautiful condo also has 2 balconies to view the Atlantic Ocean or the Intra- Coastal Waterway. This location is in Southern end of Daytona Beach Shores out of the main street crowded area which we truly liked. Parking is no problem as we have 2 reserved garage stalls & extra outside & also storage lockers in the garage.

What makes this property unique

A jaccuzzi tub & separate steam shower in the master and a beautifully decorated master bedroom are awesome. Showers are NEW, large, roomy & beautifully tiled.
