This was a very thoughtfully designed experience catered towards visitors looking for a getaway. You could tell that it’s optimized for that rather than being a home that just happened to be rented out. Lots to do and many amenities and supplies like a closet full of towels, plenty of hooks to dry clothes, any type of kitchenware you need, coffee, and plenty to do. Great for a family with kids

Our family had a great time - highly recommended! There are many entertaining games inside the house and things for water activities. The back is relaxing with nice view. The adults enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning. Also, the owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back again.

Wonderful family Getaway

I would recommend this waterfront property to everyone. We had an awesome time hanging out with the family. Plenty to do without leaving the house. Already thinking about when we can do our next trip!!!😊

Great house with lots of activities

Sonny was great in his communication. The house had so many great things to do both inside and outside. Farms weren’t that far away to do cherry picking or peach picking (both were great).

Family Vacation

We came from Hayward for a trip not to far from home. We had so much fun without leaving the house at all. We enjoyed the water vessels so much we will be coming back. We also enjoyed the game tables, there was a game for everyone to play. Sunny was very accessible and easy to reach. Will definitely come back again with the family!

Discovery Bay Getaway

This property was quite clean and well organized. We had everything we needed to prepare and serve our meals. There was lots to do. The table games were a fun for everyone. We loved hanging out on the porch and enjoyed exploring out on the water with the canoe, kayak and paddleboats. We had a great family holiday and would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Immaculate property

Sonny was a super attentive host. Everything in the house was clean/new and well stocked (even the pantry) and labeled. We had a magical weekend on the water and fruit picking in Brentwood. Thanks for everything Sonny!

Wonderful New Year getaway

This was a super awesome find! Our group consisted of children and adults who enjoyed every part of the house inside and out! There were lots of games and activities to keep us entertained throughout! The bikes were great for kids to take a ride through the neighborhood! Sonny was a super nice and helpful host and kept clear communication. All was good and we knew exactly what we could expect to find at the home. We would definitely want to stay there again!

Excellent Family Vacay!

The house was perfect for our extended family to gather. Everyone had such a great time. The house has so many games and activities including a pool table, shuffle board, arcade games, fooseball, air hockey, puzzles and board games. Outside had a spacious deck to enjoy and a dock with paddle boards, pedal boats, and kayaks. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. They thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. So much to do in this home. We are already planning on coming during summer to enjoy the warmer weather months. One last thing to mention, the host was very responsive and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful home for family to stay for Daughters wedding!

Our Daughter was getting married at the Discovery Bay CC and rather than stay at hotels (closest being ~15 mins away), her Mother and I rented this beautiful home so that the Bride and her immediate family would be comfortable and close to the venue. We're so glad that we did! The host was very communicative and the house was in immaculate condition. We enjoyed some of the extra amenities, such as the pool table and other games provided during our down time in the evenings, which provided great family time together! We even found time to take out the paddle boats on the water during sunset. Would highly recommend the home to anyone staying in the area. 5 stars!

Amazing house and host

Sonny was amazing to work with and had a very fast response if we had any questions. Tons of games for the kids and the sleeping arrangements are great! All the canoes and paddle boards are perfect for the kids to use and have fun with. Very pleased
