About this property

A cozy cabin in the White Mountains

Cozy, peaceful, cabin on a quiet street with no street lights blocking the views of the stars. This is the perfect getaway for a family, couple, or friends needing an escape.

Bedrooms: Master has a king size bed, lamps with USB outlets, universal phone charger, and TV with streaming devices. Second bedroom includes 1 queen bed, and TV with streaming devices.

Living area: Room provides a large sofa and separate recliner, TV trays, smart 50" TV, and electric fireplace to cuddle up next to. 1 Twin air mattresses and a twin pull out ottoman.

Kitchen: Well stocked, intimate kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, Air fryer, coffee bar and more. Smal1 dining table with 2 stools. TV trays are provided.

General: Automatic self close window shades, custom security doors on front and back, ceiling fans, ETS and wall heaters.

Outside: The exterior offers a covered front and rear deck, tall pine trees, smokeless fire pit, multiple yard games, and grill. We have 1 Ring camera on the front of the cabin, facing the road, for security purposes.

We allow ONLY dogs. Clean up after your pets. $200 fee for feces found in yard.

Campfires: Fire restrictions change daily based on dryness. We cannot guarantee that fires will be allowed during your stay, so book at your own risk.

Space: This is a small cabin at only 710 sq ft. The cabin sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Please take cabin size into consideration when booking. Please remember this cabin is in the woods where bugs, spiders, and other animals live. It is common to see all of these things.

WIFI: Free WIFI is provided with Starlink

Grill: We do provide a grill, tools, and propane for your convenience.

Bathroom: Bathroom has a shower tub combo and also houses the washer and dryer.

Smoking: We do allow smoking outside only. We have provided a standing ashtray/ butt holder near the yard games and shed. There will be an additional $200 fee for smoking inside the cabin or butts found on the ground.

Parking: Guests have full usage of the private driveway.
Guests will be given a unique access code to enter the cabin the day before arrival.

Cabin was as listed. Host left snacks and note for us. The kids and dog loved how big the backyard was. Cabin was clean and had extra, sheets, blankets, cooking utensils.

Pet friendly! Our dogs loved the backyard. Clean, well-equipped cabin. Plenty of bath towels, wash cloths. Queen bed is very comfortable . Lots of games to choose from. Shower has shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. We say on the back porch a lot, used the firepit and enjoyed the quiet. Host, Lacey is quick to communicate if need be.

4th of July in the pines

Absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect setup and very well equipped for a short or longer stay. I booked for 6 nights with my dogs and they all enjoyed the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. Quiet neighborhood and very peaceful setting in the tall pines.The rocking chairs on the back porch were relaxing while watching my dogs play.Cabin stayed very comfortable temp wise inside with low 40's overnight. Had a couple 82-83 days and still very comfortable inside.The internet worked great and zero issues or complaints. Will be booking this property again for sure

This is certainly a cute cabin. And I feel like the owner is someone who cares about things. However whoever is managing the property is not doing it justice. I selected this property for a backyard for my dogs. The weeds were over one foot tall and there is nothing but weeds in the backyard no grass just weeds and dirt. I didn't expect too much but I certainly didn't expect one foot tall weeds. The owner did take care of it after about 4 days. I realize they couldn't get someone in there right away but the point is it wasn't ready. The neighborhood wasn't something to write home about for sure. The house needed a little bit better cleaning. As there were huge dust bunnies under the furniture. The washer dryer was out of order that was also a draw for me so very disappointed in that. And perhaps a spray for insects would be helpful. I realize this area brings a few more insects but something to consider. Overall I think this property has great potential but it just needs a little more attention to detail from whomever is managing it they after day.

Phillip, I appreciate your review. I tried everything I could to get landscapers there but with the weather, they kept canceling. In Heber, they live and work on mountain time. I did offer to pay for you to use the laundromat since our washer had broken and the part needed to be ordered. You chose to decline that offer. Many of our reviews speak to our cleanliness and I apologize if it did not meet the standards we try to keep. We do have pest control but the critters do like to head inside during the storms. The neighborhood is safe and we try to keep our cabin affordable. I did what I could to be accommodating. I care deeply about our guests and from other reviews that is reflected.

Enjoyable getaway

We love your property, its fully loaded with all your needs and there is something for everyone to enjoy. We enjoyed the outdoor games and the closet full of board games. We really loved the holiday decorations and it made us feel right at home.

Such a great cabin!

This cabin really is amazing. The bedrooms have great beds and curtains/blinds to let you really sleep in, the kitchen & coffee bar were prepared for us, and the living room had enough space for us all to hang out in. Lacey is friendly and communicated every step of the way. We really enjoyed this!!

Great Little Cabin

Cabin was perfect, had everything one would need or want. Decorated very nicely and comfortable. Coffee bar is a very nice touch. The 2 bedrooms were just right for me and my spouse and our teen son. Fenced in backyard was great for our dog. Host quickly responded and was great with communication.

This is a cute, cozy cabin. It was decorated nicely and comfortably. Plenty of blankets if you need them, plenty of pillows, etc. Kitchen was pretty much fully equipped. The only thing we didn't see was scissors, which we ended up just using a knife. Master bedroom is a bit tight with the king bed, however, not uncomfortable. The security shutters make it very dark at night - reminded me of when we lived in the country. Nice backyard and fenced in. Communication was great. We couldn't get on to the internet when we first got there and the host immediately responded. Asked one more question the following day and within minutes had a reply. Fast and friendly! We loved the Red Onion Bar and Grill and Saunders Coffee (although the cabin is well stocked!). Junes Cafe was great too - we had a quick breakfast the day we left. Highly recommend this cabin for a nice getaway.

Property was great for pets and location for hiking was wonderful. Main bed is very soft but not taco! After a few nights was too soft for us but we just like harder beds. Nothing wrong with it. Internet is lacking if there are storms or rain/clouds. Loved everything though. Highley recommend. Coffe bar id fantastic.

The kitchen was clean, and the coffee station was great. There was a window a/c unit that cooled the common living area. The bathroom was clean. Overall, the 2-night experience was great, and the location was perfect. We followed the departure instructions to the letter, stripping the beds and putting all towels in the bathtub. I went through and made sure the backyard was cleared of all dog feces. I left some poo bags for future renters.
