We had a wonderful stay at this ranch house! Everything was exactly as described, and there was so much for us to do during the weekend. The property is easy to find, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The host was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. There was plenty of space for everyone, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable—she truly thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was so happy with their stay here. Coffee on the porch in the morning was my favorite. Horses were friendly and greeted us at the fence. Seeing the cows surround the house in the morning was very entertaining!

We had a fantastic time. The house was how it was described. Very well stocked. More than we anticipated. Very homey we were very comfortable. But it was unseasonably cool. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. Top ten pick!!!

This home/property is wonderful. The house is well cared for and well stocked. The setting is perfectly peaceful. We all had a wonderful stay. Our weekend felt like we were visiting our relatives on their ranch. It was a lovely experience.

Amazing country escape -views are just gorgeous and drinking coffee on the porches. Large firepit area with string lights made evenings extra great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was great. Great getaway from anything city and just a relaxing place to be. Sit back and watch the cows and the horses roam around. We had one little issue with the house during our stay but the host was quick to get it fixed and had us back to enjoying the house.

Wow! This home was beautiful. The pictures do not always tell the truth on VRBO homes, but Farrington Farmhouse was better than the pictures. It was one of the best stocked and prepared homes we have ever booked! The farm is so beautiful and away from it all. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is a beautiful property! My son got married at Venue 311 so we rented for family and friends--property is only a 15 minute drive to the venue so it was perfect. We were so busy with wedding festivities, but really wished we could have enjoyed the property more! It would be great for a family reunion! The host got back to me quickly every time I asked a question before our stay!

Stunning!!! Photos do not do it justice. Absolutely the most relaxing rental I have stayed in. Spacious, immaculate, extremely well stocked, comfortable and the best country side views relaxing on the porches!! Inside the home is just as relaxing as the outside. Fabulous coffee/tea bar. I hope to have the opportunity to enjoy this home again.

Awesome House

Wife and I stayed here for a weekend during the Renaissance Festival. The house is huge, has everything you need, and is set on a beautiful working horse/cattle ranch. After full days at the Festival (15 min away), coming back to this quiet oasis was ideal. Great host.

Wonderful country home!

We stayed here for our youngest son’s wedding with our three other children and their families. The grandchildren loved playing outside and seeing the horses and the cows. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, swinging, and reliving moments from the wedding while the grandchildren played. Lots of space inside to spread out, too!
