A truly stunning and stylish cottage located less than half a mile from Leiper's Fork Village shops and restaurants..

Recently renovated and furnished, this dreamy cottage is perfect for one to four guests. Just a short scenic thirty minute drive south of Nashville only ten miles from Downtown Franklin and less than half a mile from the quaint Leiper’s Fork village shops and restaurants, Little Leiper’s Cottage’s location can’t be beat! Pack your bags and venture off the four lane and enjoy a relaxing getaway!

The cottage includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom that features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and nice sitting area and Added bonus, you can access the second bedroom from the kitchen or from it’s own private entrance on the side of the cottage. Need to do laundry during your stay? No, problem… there’s a full size washer and dryer.

From the spa products and local coffee, to the comfortable beds and linens, it is our hope that our guests not only create memories, but ultimately leave feeling rested, renewed and inspired.

We just needed a spot to stop hallway home from vacation. Didn't realize this was in such a fun area. Restaurants, live music, galleries about half mile down. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.Loved the decor here. As others noted, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Couldn't tell from the pics, but the shower is a large walkin with a curtain. Super clean and had everything we needed.

We were on our way home from Florida and had to stop at one of our favorite towns Franklin/Leipers Fork...The cottage was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Our 3 days wasn't long enough and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Mini Vacation!

My Wife and I had a wonderful vacation! The property is a charming little place that suited us perfectly for our week-long stay. The location was perfect for us, a short distance to Leapers fork in one direction, and If you are in need of necessities or a great sandwich, the Leapers Fork Market is just a short distance away in the opposite direction. Perfect place for a mini getaway!

Little Leipers Cottage

Cozy and covered all the bases!

We were looking for a cozy staycation and this was a great spot to land. Clean, well styled, convenient to the main attractions in Leipers and well stocked with everything we could have needed for our holiday weekend stay. It’s walkable to the main restaurants and shops but you do have to walk along a busy road so I’d suggest driving if it’s after dark!

This cottage uses charm, and you feel immediately at home. Attention to detail Superb. DefinitelyWould definitely stay here in again. Although not a walkable location, it is centrally, located with easy access to everything you would like to see, and do in Leipers, Fork and Franklin area.

Lovely cottage with great design. We really enjoyed our stay, and I slept like a baby! Only wish there had some been some water bottles waiting or maybe a Britta in the fridge since there was no drinking water the night we got in. Otherwise, A+!
