In the heart of the Loir Valley, come and discover the region by bike: a greenway 900m away, a lake and water sports centre 10km away, fishing 3km away, and the Loire Valley castles 40km away. Located between Le Mans and Tours, 40km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans race track. MotoGP, Le Mans Classic. A public swimming pool is 10km away. This 8-person cottage sleeps 8. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate WC. One bedroom with a double bed (140/190cm) and its own bathroom (walk-in shower). Upstairs: a large landing. One bedroom with a double bed (140/190cm) and two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160/200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (80/200cm). Bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC. Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. Fibre optic internet access. Gas barbecue/plancha grill. Non-smoking cottage. The price shown is all-inclusive (no extra charge for bedding and cleaning included). Heating is the only extra charge from October 1st to April 15th: €8/day. Cleaning fee (mandatory for professionals): €80. Private parking.

Super hébergement digne d'un hôtel étoile La propreté saute aux yeux, avec raffinement et sobriété de décoration. On s'approprie très vite les lieux. L'endroit calme et reposant est idéal pour qui a besoin de se ressourcer ou de partager un moment convivial entre amis.Aucun danger pour des familles avec enfants en bas âge.
