Cozy, 40 square meter 2-room apartment with a spacious terrace facing south: Large living room with satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio / CD, WiFi, sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. Large windows facing south overlooking the garden. Separate bedroom with double bed. Fully equipped kitchenette in the corridor. Bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels are included in the rent. It is a Non smoking apartment.

Our two cozy apartments are located in a single house with large, mature garden in a quiet, central location in Altwesterland. There is respectively a spacious south facing terrace available. We attach great importance to the fact that our homes are always in excellent condition. 5 minute walk to the city center. 10 minute walk to the main beach.

Gemütliches Urlaubsvergnügen!

Zentral gelegene Fewo, alles war zu Fuß und mit Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sehr gute Matratzen. Küchenzeile sehr schmal und Inventar unvollständig. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider konnten wir den Garten mit Strandkorb wetterbedingt kaum nutzen.

Schönes Appartement in sehr zentraler Lage

Das Appartement ist wirklich top. Es liegt 400m vom Zentrum weg in einer sehr schönen Wohnlage. Man hat einen eigene Gartenzugang mit Strandkorb. Wohnzimmer ist schön geräumig mit allem was man benötigt. Im Kühlschrank steht ein Begrüßungssekt, was schon außergewöhnlich ist. Familie Menke ist sehr nett und bemüht. Radverleih ist gleich um die Ecke. - hat super gepasst
