Hello everyone,

We offer you our pretty house located in the heart of the village
allowing you to walk or bike with a large sunny courtyard.
(2 bedrooms - 5 people)
Renovated in 2025 (paintings, new bedding, furniture, decoration ...)

Ideal location: in the village centre, 200 metres from the church, 300 metres from the market, 5 minutes walk from the beach (400 metres)
Free parking in front of the house

Very quiet and bright

Single-storey house:

-large entrance
-separate kitchen
-bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower
-separate toilet

-small bedroom with a 140cm double bed
-second bedroom with two beds of 90 cm in bunk bed and a 3rd bed of 90cm

-very bright living room opening onto a wooden terrace

Large south-west facing courtyard and courtyard (about 150m2)

Access to the courtyard is directly from the street through a large gate, opening onto a courtyard. Very practical for storing bicycles, children's carts and other beach equipment.

Rien à voir avec domaine viticole, et d’ailleurs pas présenté comme tel(?).Charmante maison lumineuse et pleine de caractère, proche des commerces et de la plage, idéale pour balades à vélo. Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine de Noël. À recommander!
