This historic cottage is an absolute Savannah gem! Located in the downtown historic district, this sweet 2-bed, 1-bath bungalow is a duplex with completely private and separate entrance and backyard. You will be just steps from all of the amazing restaurants and sites our Southern city has to offer! Want to stay home and enjoy some peaceful R & R? Enjoy sipping a beverage in our courtyard and taking a swim in your own, private unheated dipping pool during warmer weather!
Please note that there is ongoing construction during the day, and a few of our guests have mentioned to us that they can hear construction noise from the backyard/pool area. It is just something to keep in mind if you are planning to spend much time in the backyard.
