The cozy living area offers the perfect spot to unwind after a fun-filled day on Maui! With plenty of comfortable seating, curl up to your favorite movie, complete with a large flat-screen Smart TV. Eat in! The kitchen is fully equipped with plate ware and utensils, as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. There is a dining area with seating for six.
The guest suite closes off perfectly from the living area. Offering the perfect setup with two twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request. The en suite bath is complete with a shower and tiled vanity.
The charming primary bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and a king bed. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for access to a private lanai. There is a flat-screen TV and split ACs in the unit for comfortable sleeping. The en suite bath offers a tub/shower combo.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. Being across from kam 2 and 3 is perfect. Our mornings were spent going snorkeling and our afternoons were spent boogie boarding and eating shaved iced. We can’t wait to go back again.

I was am a little confused about your rating, on a scale of 1-5, 5 is the best, yet you rated us a 1. I'm hoping this was done in error, since your comments made it sound like you had an overall great stay. If there is something we can improve on, we welcome any additional feedback. Mahalo! Overall good stay, with being on the corner there was more noise than expected. There was some confusion on the check in and check out. Great space for 2 couples on vacation with restaurants, beach, and stores in walking distance. Note that parking is available on property for 1 vehicle and an additional vehicle will be able to park on the grass next to property. There was some delay in response from host when asking questions.
The rental itself is great. Nice location, clean, good communication. The only thing I wish we had known before is the property’s pool is not kid friendly. There are signs up that say kids can play no games, use no toys(even small balls), absolutely no jumping in the pool. It is a retirement community with permanent residents alongside rentals. We were very respectful and tried to follow all the rules, but it would have been nice to know beforehand that the pool/community was not kid friendly.

We were moved here from our Condo unit at Maui Vista for our last week of vacation due to the fact the unit was sold and the power was shut off in error. Haleakala Shores was a very nice condo inside quite spacious and had lots of amentities. It has a nice beach across the road as well. I found the unit to be very warm without using the air conditioning and since our unit was close to both the main road and side road it was very noisy on the lanai due to traffic. Lovely pool and barbeque area as well.

The property was very clean, and well maintained. Communications with us were excellent, providing the information that we needed to be able to access the dwelling, where to park, and so on.
Maintenance was excellent. During the visit, the handle on one of the toilets broke, and after a quick email to the management company they were right on it. By the time we arrived home that evening the toilet was fixed. At all times the management company was excellent in ensuring permission to enter the property if we were not present.
The location is excellent, less than 2 minutes and we were on the beach. A short 5-10 minute walk down the high street and you reach the gift shops, restaurants, health-food/grocery store.

We were surprised that it was exactly what the pictures looked like on the website. We were very happy with the Condo. Was very disappointed that the pool was closed due to the repairs of the roof. This was one of the major amenities that I looked for when making my decision. There was also a dip down when sleeping on the roll out of the couch.The location was great and within walking distance to some places. I would recommend this property to family & friends.

The condo was lovely and had everything we needed to be comfortable & feel a little spoiled. With its location across the street from the beaches and just a short walk to lots of shopping and restaurants, it was nearly perfect (and would be perfect for lots of people). The only issue for us was that because of the prime location, it was noisy most hours of the day from road traffic and regular police car blips in the night. If you're not accustomed to those sounds, you can count on sleep disruption even with windows closed & using ear plugs.

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies including lidded bowls, rice maker, serving platters, sharp knives, and plenty of pots and pans. It had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Rooms and bathrooms were well cleaned when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with enough Tommy Bahama beach chairs for our foursome and snorkeling gear. There are books and games and a nice selection of DVDs. The unit is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and Kam II is just a minute further north. We walked to the shops in the evening to get ice cream. A morning stroll towards Wailea led us to Keawakapu beach. There is some road noise but we didn’t find it too bothersome. Property management was extremely responsive. They addressed a couple minor issues we had and went over the top to ensure we had a good stay.
Everything was perfect. Great view and close to both food and the beach.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at his location. The beach is a walk across the street. The rental accommodates with beach chairs and towels, perfect. I do wish there was a beach umbrella handy. I was grateful for a washer/dryer in the unit, it really came in handy. Overall, building is very quiet, friendly neighbors. We would love to stay here once again in the future.

This unit needs work. It has been purchased by a large real estate firm, Caldwell Banker, they need to spend some money. The bed frames are all in need of replacing, the master bed headboard bounces off the wall. The carpet on the lanai is filthy and needs to be replaced by hygienic tiles. The bathroom sink never gets hot water. The road noise is horrific, the windows need updating. The sliding screen doors always comes off the track. The ultimate insult was the lack of beach umbrella, that they were willing to rent us for 4$ a day. We bought one at Costco for 28$ and gave it to a family on the beach. Why is it that for 6000$ we are supposed to accept less than decent accomodations?

We would have addressed the other areas of your concerns had we known about them or if they would have been reported. We went in and found that the hot water is working, but it's not on-demand, so it may take a minute to get hot. We have had the lanai cleaned and will looking at the headboard to see if anything needs to be addressed. Just to clarify, these condos are not owned by Coldwell Banker, we are merely the property manager. Your review was shared with the owner. We look forward to sharing our improvements with you on your next visit.

The condo rental is exactly as described, no surprises. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Well stocked with everything you could think including beach chairs and toys. Great location across the street from Kam 3 beach and access to Kihei road or escape quickly to the Pilani Hwy to access the rest of the island. There is some road noise associated with the access but who is in Maui to sit in your condo all day !

We have stayed in this unit several times. Great location with easy access to the Pilani Hwy and beaches. Easy walking distance to both restaurants and shopping alike. Room was well appointed and very comfortable for 4 adults. Disappointed that the phone and free calling to US & Canada had been removed.
