Quite neighborhood and the house sits next to a previously wooded area until hurricane Ian. It is starting to grow back but still mostly an empty lot. Perfectly situated on two lots, the tropical landscaping and screened entrance are just the beginning. As you enter the double glass doors, views of the sparkling salt-water pool and private park-like backyard take center stage. Natural light streams through the stylish front palladium windows into your very own private retreat. The property is a short 6 mile drive to Englewood beach and also only a few miles from the many amenities that you may need such as grocery, pharmacies, or home stores. The neighborhood residents are friendly and welcoming if you would like to get to know them or there is enough privacy to keep to yourself should you choose
