Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not let pets on the beds. There will be an extra $50 cleaning fee for dog hair on beds or excessive dog hair on floors.
Place all used sheets only and towels in the mudroom. Do not remove any of the pillows or bedspreads from the rooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No dogs on beds! An additional $150 fee added

Why they chose this property

Perfect location just 4 blocks to the historic downtown yet quiet when you are ready to call it a night. Parking is tight in Idaho Springs so you can park here and walk everywhere. There are multiple places to eat and drink just down the block. This home is freshly remodeled and everything is new.

What makes this property unique

There is a wonderful front porch for morning coffee and a nice patio out back for evening cocktails. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to eat in. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom.
