This freshly remodeled home is all about the Colorado lifestyle! Enjoy historic mountain towns, hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, fishing, local eateries, galleries, casinos, zip-lining, ATV & 4WD trails and much more all within walking distance or a short drive. The front porch is a cozy hangout for morning coffee. There is a private backyard with a patio for entertaining & evening cocktails. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms. There is a nice living room, a large kitchen and mudroom for all your ski gear. Free off-street parking with overflow parking if requested. Just 20 minutes to casinos, 25 min to the metro area, 35 minutes to skiing, 1hr. to the airport and within 1.5 hours of 7 world-class ski areas.

We enjoyed our stay in Idaho Springs. Great shops, restaurants. The visitor center was friendly and a great help. We chose this location because it was centrally located with all the things we wanted to see and do.

I based my review on my previous stay at this property.A medical emergency came up for this particular stay and I was not able to make it there. The owner Peggy has always offered excellent assistance with my rentals and readily available for all of our needs. Her house is really lovely, and we look forward to renting again in the future.

Idaho Springs visit

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are an elderly couple and everything was accessible. The house is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Would recommend to any age group.

Idaho Springs a lot to do in a small town

We had a great time between the restaurants and brewery's downtown. The trails around the city and white water rapids all within walking distance, there was always something to do. We even had dear on the hill above the back yard.

Cozy Mountain Town Home

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this great home. It was centrally located to other towns and activities and we loved that we could walk downtown for meals and drinks. The house is well equip with anything you would need. We also had great communication with the hosts. Highly recommend!

Terrific home in Idaho Springs

We stayed at this home in Idaho Springs from April 17th-April 24th. The home was beautifully furnished. The owners have literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Communication was excellent both during the booking process as well as on site. When we experienced a problem with the microwave, a new one was delivered immediately, Would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay in Idaho Springs. Superb hosts!

Everything We Wanted!

We had a fabulous 4 day/3 night stay! The house was very clean , the checkin process easy, and prompt communication from owners. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed; the appliances stainless steel and like new. The living room was perfect for our family hangin out each night. The large leather couches comfy and the TV was set up with programs we need to watch movies each night (FYI you will need to use your own account to sign in). The bedrooms were super cute and cozy. We love that each room had a floor fan because we are accustomed to fan noise at home when sleeping. The bathrooms were spotless and modern and tiled stone showered was gorgeous. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and the back mud room was just what we needed to keep all of our ski stuff. We were close enough to be able to walk to the shops downtown and to the park on the creek. It was one of the best places we have ever vacationed and we are already planning our trip next year!

This was a perfect location for a home base. We explored Idaho Springs and loved walking to all of the locak businesses and trails. We also had a rental car and explored St. Marys Glacier, Garden of the Gods, Evergreen and Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert. We tried to book maasages but they were all booked out a week or so. If you plan to get a massage then book in advance. The house was the perfect size for 3 women, on a girls trip. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were able to have coffee and make breakfast before our adventures each day. Although, walking to The frothy Cup for coffee was a must do for us as well. If you are looking to sit on the porch with a perfect view for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, this is not the location for that but like I said we were out of the house exploring more than at the house relaxing. Communication with the owners was clear, easy and respect. They were helpful with the few minor things we needed to adress and responded quickly. We would stay here again with a small group of people as the hosts and location were perfect.

Clean and comfortable

House was very clean and easy walking distance to downtown Idaho Springs. Nice furnishings and property with an enclosed backyard for your dog. Rafting companies are also within walking distance, and the new bike park is closeby as is the road to Mount Blue Sky. There was just two of us, but the home would be comfortable for a small family.

Wonderful House!

This house is absolutely perfect! It’s adorable inside and out! The beds were comfortable, the living area was cozy and had plenty of room to relax. The kitchen had great appliances and was well stocked with coffee, tea, spices, etc. The location is perfect and it was easy to walk to town, the grocery, the rec center, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

Perfect location just 4 blocks to the historic downtown yet quiet when you are ready to call it a night. Parking is tight in Idaho Springs so you can park here and walk everywhere. There are multiple places to eat and drink just down the block. This home is freshly remodeled and everything is new.

What makes this property unique

There is a wonderful front porch for morning coffee and a nice patio out back for evening cocktails. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to eat in. There is a TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom.
